Easy to donate.Just be sure you have a clear title and no liens.my vehicle was picked up from my driveway . I ended up with a $1400.00 tax deduction. Very satisfied.
Super easy process, and saved me the cost and hassle of having to dispose of our wrecked car. They expedited the pick up and coordinated with the wrecker company to save me storage fees. I'd give them 6 stars, if it was an option.
Super easy to coordinate the entire process. Great communication throughout the pick up and the status of the vehicle. They sent me confirmation emails and receipts from vehicle pickup, transfer and completed delivery. I received the sale receipt and paperwork for my taxes within the estimated window. Glad I could be a part of helping such a wonderful program!
Fast and easy. Good communication regarding title.

Car was picked up, on time, and as promised
No hassles, very easy.
Pickup was fast and easy. Driver was courteous. He took the time to evaluate and assess if he might damage the area where the car was parked (long story). He took all precautions. The process was seamless.
Easy Instructions.

It was fast and easy.
Fast and easy
What made the experience great was that I was able to leave my car for the company to pick up with my key and the title in the glove box, and I didn’t have to wait for the tow truck to get to my destination, so I was able to head off to work. The company is doing a really great job in giving people chances to have cars that they can use to get from Point A to Point B when they can’t afford to buy a car for themselves.
People were very easy to deal with and very pleasant to speak to.
The pick up and customer service was great
It was a very easy transaction. The car was picked up and nothing else needed to be done. Thank you

Great service, excellent customer support. Was immediately contacted for a car pickup, easy to deal with and very timely, from contact to car pickup to sale of car for tax deduction.
Everything was fine..
The online sign up was very user friendly! the scheduling and pickup was timely!
