Kaplan…the proof is in the pudding.
Kaplan does a great job at systematically preparing you to take the NCLEX. Little by little, it builds up your confidence in using strategies to answer questions you have never seen before. I am glad my school used it to prepare us for the exam, because based on our cohort NCLEX results, it was a successful method.

Interruption in enrollment causing disruption of service
edit: Issue was not resolved 10/23/2024. They returned access for a week and then ghosted me. Had to call CC company for a chargeback due to breech of enrollment agreement. Issue Resolved. 8/14 - 8/20 with rapid email reponse and high urgency. Original Post: I signed up with them for USMLE Step 2CK prep in July 2024. I made one single full payment and they took that money. Now, in August, they removed my access to the materials (because I didn't pay?) and their support website is unable to submit cases. Clear cache and cookies. Switch browsers. Nothing works. I have the proof and I paid. This review stands until the money is returned for breaching the course contract, or you explain how a large payment just gets "lost". Steer clear unless you have ample time for service interruptions with their online resources.

Passed NCLEX on the first try, 85 Questions
I am a Foreign Nurse who never practiced in the USA nor UK. I used Kaplan's Selfpace Review for up to two months. I didn't know how good I was doing because it was tougher than I thought it would be. I managed to participate in some live lessons when ever I could because my ATT was only valid for three months. I did not complete the Qbank but completed all the necessary tests and did long hours of remediation to sharpen my critical thinking. I was still sceptical before my test but I had to be brave!!! Before my test I tried to relax as recommended and I prayed. On the test day, I was still stressed and still prayed to the Holy Spirit to help me. When I started the first question was tricky but still easier than any Kaplan's questions that I had done so far. And my test was not very difficult to me because I have trained for harder with Kaplan. All the remediation helps to cover larger grounds of text books with better comprehension

Good lectures
Good lectures and scaffolding of subjects for MBE practice. I don’t think their prediction of how long tasks will take is accurate, and it takes longer to get through the essay and PT practice then they allot for in their agenda. If you don’t start exactly when the program starts you will be playing catch up the entire time. The program doesn’t self-adjust to your pace as I was told it would by the sales rep. Overall, good content and instruction.

Kaplan has such an amazing teacher by experience
How teachers give their all to make the students understand very well and they give time to the students to give their time to try to solve problems and reading passages, but I suggest giving more examples in ss like something close to the ged test.
