I have used just travel for several years(twice this year) and apart from 1 occasion I have had 100% satisfaction with both my insurance and the staff who have taken care of my requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

It was an easy question and answer booking system with a helpfull interviewer. The price is better than other firms I have used before so I will use Just Travel again for our next trip. A.M. Plymouth

I saved this quote, went back the next day to pay, and the price had gone up, not very pleased. So I telephoned the company to ask why, spoke to an operator she was very good, went through the quote with me, then I realised had not completed the quote correctly,I had not pressed the correct button at the end of the quote, we would not have been covered for my husbands medical condition. So pleased I was able to speak to a person.

No problem getting insurance and I have used the company before. Only thing I would say the lady on the telephone who dealt with me could have spoken a little more clearly, she seemed to be rushed in her questions and I had to keep asking her to repeat.

I found the insurance policies cover very reasonable priced. The one I chose covered everything I needed.

Best price for over sixties

As an older person these processes can be challenging but the agent took me through it comfortably and was good to talk to. I made a later enquiry by email and was telephoned within an hour with a response. Very efficient service.
