The site was easy to use

The website is okay but still.a.bit of hiccups with dealing with the quote acceptance

As ever had a quote from numerous web sites and Just travel came through with the best price, not for the first time.

Booked a cruise and was told by the cruise company I wouldn’t be allowed on board unless I had insurance. They recommended Just Travel cover. I paid over £800 for the cover. When on board I became ill and visited the doctor twice. Back home I put in a claim to recover the money I paid for the Doctor’s bill. The insurance company won’t allow me to make a claim until I show them proof that I paid the bill. Unfortunately I didn’t receive a bill from the cruise company. At the end of the trip they take the money from your credit card to cover any extras. I contacted the cruise company to get a copy of proof of payment an they have ignored me twice. I then contacted the sales agent that sold me the cruise who promised to help me , only after I placed a review on trust pilot, they have done nothing whatsoever, the whole thing is disgraceful. Avoid this company, they are very good at taking your money but when it comes to paying out on a claim, forget it. They should be closed down and have their license revoked.

I was lucky wnough to find an extremely helpful adviser (Paul) - he was helpful and efficient, unlike the first person I spoke to, who was no help at all! However, I am asked to comment on my recent experience, which was excellent.
