Then you had a chance to download it for free. WTH is that about? Game changer and no I don't work for them or know anyone who does. But I would. :)

They take forever to respond. Your case will have to be delayed multiple times due to their slow responses. You will have to pay for changing the court date. If the process server fails to serve the first time around their tool does not accommodate options to serve again, it just stays at "failed to serve".
