A very helpful service for a very fair price. I recommend PC! I was intimidated to go through the filing process by myself, concerned I would make a mistake or miss a few crucial details. I found people clerk online, and I consider their price for services to be very fair, given how helpful it is, and that they are available by email to answer questions or schedule a phone chat. They set me up for success by giving me many helpful tips, and also setting my expectations for the approximate timeline. In my case it took almost 4 months from the beginning of the process to get a hearing in the county court, but my hearing was this morning and it went very well. I was asking for coverage from a contractor who caused $2500 in property damages to me. I had a good case, but you never know how it will go. We met with a mediator before the courtroom judge, and the mediator asked several pointed questions to the defendant. I think partly why he basically relented is that my brief was very well prepared and looks professional, also, my case is I think I have a good case, and finally I only asked for the exact amount I had to pay for the repairs. I could have tried to ask for more — to cover all the effort and lost time etc. — but those are hard to quantify and I would rather have gotten something than nothing. Anyway, I could not have done it without People Clerk. I wouldn’t go to them if you are just looking to make trouble for someone, but if you have suffered a wrong and have a square case with a clear argument and some evidence, I think their services will make it much more likely you’ll prevail. I hope I don’t need them again but if I do, I’ll use them! Thanks team PC
