This was my first small claims experience so I wasn’t sure at first what to expect. Although the company I had an issue with settled with me so we didn’t have to go, I realized that there was no guarantee it would have resulted in my favor. What I appreciate about People Clerk is everything was very easy to follow. To be safe I chose to have the attorney review and there was nothing really to be concerned about. People Court did a great job in emailing me every day with updates on which step of the way we were at. Also, they were able to track down the actual name of the company that oversees the chain of companies, one of which I had the issue with. All I had to do is provide them a narrative of my issue and they created the legal documents, took care of sending paperwork to the defendant and the courthouse. For an additional fee they provide options for the delivery of the supeona and I chose a Sherif. I needed a system that would be as stress free as possible and I found that with People Clerk. I hope I never have to do this again but if so, I will call People Clerk. I like the way they work.

I would have been 100% lost without People Clerk! I got what I asked for because of how organized I was with the help of People Clerk. I would recommend them to any family and friend who needs guidance through the complex legal system.

Not real good actually very poor with communication.

The service you provide is great. The only downside I had with your service there is no immediate person to talk with. You need to send a email with tge response always comes back someone will reach out with in 2 days that's a long time. Also when a phone request is scheduled sometime I didn't get the call even though tge company tried, I lost 2+ days waiting and to not get the call I was waiting for please work on these things. And my score would have been 5 stars.

This service is fantastic. They help you create the court documents you will need. They file your documents with your court. They serve the other party with the court docs and help you prepare for the court hearing. We are constantly reminded of important court things and dates via email. The customer service is excellent. They will respond and help you with your unique situation. This service is extremely helpful when it comes to navigating the whole court process. Highly recommend it.

I came across this company on the internet searching for answers through YouTube. Instead of guessing on how the whole process actually works, I decided to hire People Clerk to help assist me with a small claims lawsuit. I have never filed a lawsuit, nor did I ever think I would have the need to do so. But instead of guessing on how the whole process actually works. I was lucky enough to find some experts. I feel like I paid a very minimal fee for the wealth of support that they have actually provided me with. Their services are hugely appreciated, and their customer support throughout the entire process has exceeded any expectations I could have ever asked for. Bottom line... I was reluctant to go with People Clerk, because most reviews would be from the initial contact with PC, but didn't mention the final results, of whether anything was accomplished. So I can say now with confidence: People Clerk is great, amazing, worth every penny, and more! They really guide you through EVERYTHING, and are very responsive if you have any questions in between. With People Clerk, I took a large airline to small claims court. Because things were done right (thanks to People Clerk!), as soon as the airline got served, they sent me an email with an offer to settle out of court, and the offer included everything I asked for! I never thought I could win with this large airline (I've never sued before and had no experience), but it happened... I couldn't be happier! Totally recommend People Clerk to the world!!
