JusticeDirect is an excellent service that makes it possible for "regular" folks to navigate the legal system if need be. It is very user friendly if you follow the directions! The reason for only 4 stars - 1. There was no actual signature on the return receipt for the letter their service delivered. 2. Once the Demand Letter is generated, you cannot make any additions/changes to it.

Anyone who wants to take someone to Small Claims HAS to use People Clerk. They make the process soooo easy and are great with reminder emails. in addition, any time I call them I get a call back within 24 hours. I can't recommend this company high enough!!!

I stumbled across this company and I'm glad that I did. The website is very user friendly and the outcome of my demand letter couldn't have been better. I only had to make a few minor tweaks to it, but for the most part it was spot on. The flow of the letter, and the vocabulary used, really deliver the message home. The fact that it was free was mind-blowing even though I opted to pay the $29 to have the letter Fed Ex delivered. It's a great value no matter how you slice it. I'm glad I had a chance to use People Clerk and I'm sure you will have a similar experience.

Outstanding. While it would be helpful to talk to someone sometimes, they do all their corresponding through email, I can't praise PC enough. I bought a dangerous car from Carvana (aren't they all? At one point DMV thought it might be a stolen vehicle. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL ALLOWED TO DO BUSINESS IN CA? THEY ARE HORRIBLE. THEY DO ILLEGAL THINGS. THEY ALMOST KILL PEOPLE. They're not a car company, more like a Mafia)--anyway, back to MY nightmare, they never sent the title. I took them to Small Claims Court. It is astounding how much work, how hard this is, especially with a company like Carvana (they have 7 addresses and an ever shifting bond company but PC served/found both of them). I could NOT have done it without People Clerk and all for like $220. Thank you PC!

I've made up my mind to just give up the $4500 unpaid salary by my past employer. It was bugging me because someone took advantage of me and I couldn’t do anything about it, not until I came across people clerk. They helped me with every document that needed to be filed. They have guided me all throughout the process. They emailed me what to bring and how to prepare for my hearing. In the end, I agreed to a mediation amounting to $5200. Even though I didnt go through the hearing I still felt like I won.
