It was a good way to organize everything into an easily handled package. A little annoyed some costs I thought were included turned out to not be. What I thought was one transaction turned into three. But I still wouldn’t have wanted to do it without them.

I want to say at first I was not happy with Justice Direct but it may have been my fault as I should of logged into my account instead of my emails although they did say they would email my tracking and conformation which I thought would be right away I logged into my account and there was a explanation as to when I would receive the info. I think it was miscommunication on both parts. I was very satisfied with there demand letter and the price of the demand letter was awesome. Thank you Justice direct

My experience at the court hearing via. remote arbitration process made me a little bit more stronger person. People Clerk helped me with each step of the process for my lawsuit, so that I did not have to fear at the remote meeting to present my case before the arbitrator.
