Junk King Reviews

Called Junk King on a Tuesday and they came out the same day! The crew was friendly and efficient, cleared out my garage in about 45 minutes. Pricing was fair and they cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely use them again.

Service was adequate and they removed everything as requested. However, communication could be better - had to call twice to confirm the appointment time. The crew was polite and worked steadily.

Yes, they're pricier than some competitors, but the convenience factor is huge. They showed up on time, gave an upfront estimate, and hauled everything away including an old refrigerator and mattress. The crew was professional and courteous throughout the process.

They did the job as advertised but I felt like I paid a premium for what amounted to basic hauling service. The crew was nice enough and worked efficiently, but for the price I expected a bit more attention to detail in cleanup.

Scheduled for morning pickup but they didn't show until late afternoon without calling to update me. When they finally arrived, the work was done quickly but I wasted half my day waiting around.

Good service but they were about 30 minutes late to the scheduled window. The crew worked hard and got everything loaded up efficiently. Would have been 5 stars if they arrived on time as promised.

Needed to clear out my late father's house and Junk King made a difficult time much easier. The team was respectful and worked quickly.

Best junk removal experience I've had. Fair pricing, showed up exactly when they said they would, and the crew was incredibly efficient. They even helped me move a heavy dresser that wasn't part of the original job.

From booking to completion, everything was handled professionally. The estimate was accurate, no surprise fees, and they even swept up afterward. This is how junk removal should be done!

Used Junk King for our office renovation cleanout. They handled old furniture, electronics, and boxes of paperwork. The team was careful not to damage walls or floors while removing bulky items.

The initial phone call and scheduling went well, but the crew seemed rushed and left some debris behind. Had to call back to get them to return and finish the cleanup properly.

Appreciate that they try to recycle and donate items when possible rather than just dumping everything. The booking process was smooth and they stuck to their scheduled time window. Fair pricing for the level of service provided.
