My NP is fantastic
My NP is fantastic! She really listens to what I have to say.

My provider is really helpful, kind, understanding and compassionate. I have yet to meet a provider that cares this much about her patients.
Dr. Dewer is tremendous ! Very sincere and genuine, an awesome coach, and also gives it to u straight! 😁
It was more expensive than advertised. Now my insurance blue cross isn't approved anymore which is advertised as approved. The dr. Just increased my anti depressant which is not what I wanted or came in for.
I look forward to seeing my provider. She is warm, caring and extremely thorough by addressing all my concerns and asks pertinent questions. I am very pleased and highly recommend Blossom. Thank you.
I’ve been to many telehealth therapists before but haven’t always had the best experience until now. My therapist was so kind, understanding, and non judgmental when I was so scared to talk about my issues and was so nervous. Could not recommend more!
I was told prior to the visit my insurance covered it. I was charged $240 for a complete waste of time and very judgy feeling provider
I found Blossom via social media. I have tried several psychiatry and therapy telehealth services before, and Blossom was definitely the easiest to use with highest quality care. At other places, I feel like I’m bothering my provider and they are always in a rush to scoot me out the door, ready to assign my medication without hearing about my actual issues. At Blossom, my provider was very attentive and ensured that I was thoroughly heard. This shouldn’t be a unique experience, but unfortunately it is. I’m glad Blossom is doing things the right way.
My doctor that is treating me is absolutely great and he listens and answers my texts asap.
I felt like I was bothering my therapist by showing up. Therapist (Jermaine Nnaeto) showed up at least five minutes late (maybe 8). The consult was 30-35 minutes which felt oddly short. It may have been because I had had an initial consult with another therapist (Dr. Elmer Jones Elma) earlier. Dr. Elmer didn't work out -- That one went from everything is private, to I need the names and contact information for these 6 or so people close to you in your life to talk with them about you -- wait, wat?! When I balked, he gave an ultimatum -- do it or you can find another therapist. I would have thought he might have come back with "Hmm, you seem to have feelings about this, let's dig into that". But nope. So maybe because he had a history was why the session with Dr. Jermaine was short -- but no rapport was made, and he seemed bored and unengaged. His audio wasn't great either so he was hard to hear. Was quick to dole out meds. Not sure it's right or not. I mentioned that I suspect I might have some autism, but without asking any questions or having me fill out any questionnaire, he said: "I can tell by looking you don't". THAT'S NOT HOW IT WORKS! Not saying I have autism necessarily though, it was a question. So not happy, but better than the first disaster. Update: And to add insult to injury, while I filed the feedback with the name “patient”, they respond using my name. Utterly unbelievable
Dr. Jermaine is highly knowledgeable. I recently had a moxo test done and determined I have combined ADHD. I have struggled with inattentiveness, fidgeting, extreme energy, inability to complete simple tasks, forgetfulness among many others. I also suffer from high anxiety which became apparent due to a car accident I had been in, on January 3, 2025. It's difficult for me to even get in a car, be a passenger, or drive. My anxiety skyrockets through the roof-Mental health is extremely important. It's affected my daily life and relationships with family especially my spouse. I am grateful there is a solution. He has been highly supportive by taking the time to listen to my symptoms and behaviors to secure appropriate treatment. I highly recommend him and Bloosom! What an exceptional organizations and mental health support service. 5-Stars isn't enough.
I can't speak highly enough about the incredible experience I’ve had with Blossom Health. From the moment I reached out, their team showed genuine compassion, professionalism, and a deep understanding of mental health challenges. The entire process—from scheduling appointments to meeting with their team —was smooth, respectful, and reassuring. The team are not only highly qualified but also kind, patient, and truly invested in their clients’ well-being. They take the time to listen, to understand, and to guide with care. I’ve felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way, and that has made all the difference in my journey. Their range of services is also impressive—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply need someone to talk to, they have the right support for you. The resources they offer, including workshops and online tools, are thoughtful and empowering. I feel stronger, more hopeful, and more in control of my mental health than I have in years. If you’re looking for a safe, trustworthy, and effective mental health provider, I wholeheartedly recommend Blossom Health. They’re doing amazing, meaningful work—and I’m so grateful to have found them.

Great Job!
I currently work with Blossom Health as a PMHNP. My time with this company has been well served. The staff members are kind, and responsive to client needs. They perform well in assisting the NP/MD staff with management of care. Blossom Health is different in comparison to other platforms because the company is geared towards positive workplace culture, customer satisfaction, effective communication and strategic leadership. I believe that Blossom has enhanced the field of mental health by providing ease of access to services, promoting positive client experiences, and via utilizing an easy-to-use EHR.
Wasn’t sure what to expect, but ended up being one of the smoothest healthcare experiences I’ve had... Jermaine was kind and actually listened. No weird surprise bills, no endless back-and-forth. Just easy. Grateful I found this.
Nathalie listened to all my concerns. She took the time to understand what I was feeling. And she made me feel better in just two weeks, I see a big difference.
Found it relatively easy to set up an appointment. Had to fill in the same information a couple of times but no big deal. Requested a female, team worked with me to find a female, at a suitable time. However, major red flag when I joined the session - it was recording. The professional advised that Blossom standard practice is to record the sessions. She was very understanding that I didn’t want to progress. Blossom tried to reassure me about how these recordings are securely stored. Absolutely not. Psychiatrist video calls being recorded and stored? Hard pass. Even if it’s technically legal and compliant, it’s a no from me. They then advised I could request my professional to go outside their usual system - I still felt uncomfortable and chose not to proceed. I can’t understand why they’d feel the need to record these sessions as standard practice, when people are expected to at their most honest and vulnerable but then having it recorded and having no control over the recording.
The EMR is easy to use, support staff are quickly accessibly to solve any issues that may arise, and scheduling is very flexible for both the patients and me. The pay per visit is good and there is a consistent flow of referrals, so my available hours fill up quickly. It has been a great experience overall working at Blossom.
The website states that most people pay $22 per visit. After I submitted my insurance information they emailed me to tell me that my copay would be $0. After the appointment they submitted a charge for $288.
