Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all. I was very clear on how serious and vital it was that I got medications fixed ASAP as i was having suicidal thoughts from my current medications. They prescribed stuff that my insurance needed a dr to explain why I needed this over others. They still to this day haven’t done that and it’s been months. So basically the woman I spoke with had a very condescending attitude, didn’t really listen and instead made assumptions and I didnt feel like my mental Health was being taken seriously. Paid over $400 for not even 1 hour of their time
