Is anyone else have their order split in to these BS multiple packages ?! On top of that I see a new charge on my card from the day prior when I haven’t ordered anything since the 27th ?! They were quick to take my money but, now I have a pending charge that won’t seem to go away ? Also why are they allowing you to order and PAY for things just for them to send you a cancellation email later saying they don’t have it. ?!? Why say it’s available in the site if it’s truly not ?! You already got my money 😡
Horrific experience. Longest ship time. Inept customer care. Do not buy anything from this vendor. My order was placed well over a week ago, won’t be shipped until who knows when. I can’t cancel it and I can’t pick it up in the store. They can’t modify the orders. This is insanity! Avoid avoid avoid!!
Joann Fabrics offered a very good Black Friday sale, then cancelled my online order rather than fill it. I made my order on the first day of their sale, in the morning. Somehow, though, I received a notice 2 days later that my ENTIRE cart (that had 44 strings of beads because I make handmade jewelry as a business) was sold out and couldn't be fulfilled (money is still pending in my account 4 days later, however). This is not the first time this has happened and I find it hard to believe that out of 47 items, not ONE was able to be filled. I have used Joann time and time again for my crafting needs. This is the laat straw, however. Time to find a new store.
I have ordered online twice from JoAnns. The first time I received a box with T-shirts that I never ordered and I did not receive my ordered items. They did refund my money. The second time I received notice that my package had been delivered but it was sent to In. and NOT Colorado. There is definitely something wrong with their online ordering. I will not be using them again.
Horrible customer service. They take your money without giving you the correct amount of items. Never buy from them, ever.
The JoAnn store in Shrewsbury, MA is completely refreshed and well stocked. They have every up to the minute sewing and craft trend, and their staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. The managers are thoroughly professional and first rate in every way. During the shut down, I was delighted to be able to buy a Janome sewing machine via their curbside pickup, which was an amazingly orderly and smooth process, though it was early in the pandemic and there was a long line of cars awaiting pickup orders. I ordered the machine online and picked it up at noon the next day. I am a 17- year frequent customer of this store and have enjoyed every single visit!
I ordered a dachshund figurine for Christmas. My first order was lost or sent to the wrong address. Ok. They credited and said I could reorder. So I reordered a couple days ago and now they cancelled my order because it's not available. Very disappointing. Have never ordered online from them b4, wont again.
I have never heard of you unable to modify your order. WHY can you not modify your address?? Customer services told me I would need to re-order the whole purchase. Customer service should have access to do this or we should have access to modify our own shipping info. I will never order here again. Back to AMAZON I go! Customer services was also not knowledgeable about anything.
At the JoAnne Fabrics in Crestwood, IL. Omg, been standing in line for 20 minutes already! They are EXTREMELY SLOW!!! The store is not asthetically pleasing.
If there was a way to proceed without even a one-star experience, that's what I would do. Don't ever order online from Joann. Twice I've tried that and twice the package doesn't arrive. I get email notification that it has arrived, and it has not. The local stores aren't much better. Poorest service, bad attitudes, and frustration.
I ordered a Cricut for my daughters birthday. It finally came and was obviously used. The machine was just thrown in the box with the cord on top and the sticky sheet had hair all over it. Contacted Joanns and they really didn’t seem to care and said they do not ship replacements. What a shame, they used to be a good store. We will be returning it and going somewhere else
I went to the Dunedin, FL store a few weeks ago to get fabric to recover my kitchen chairs. There were lots of employees working on the floor and when I approached a few with questions, they acted as if I was terribly bothering them. I'm not that "in the know" with fabric and needed some help. Not a good experience and left a bad taste in my mouth about Jo-ann's in general. Just about every employee I encountered was not very nice. Makes me not want to do business here. What happened to this store?
Employees dont care about the customers. Nasty customer service. Came in to return fabric. Waited in a long long and was told to go to the fabric counter to remeasure. Went to the fabric counter and I was told I have to take a number. Waited 20 minutes to then go back in line to return which was another 20 minutes. Never ever shopping at Joannes again.
Their customer service is horrible. There website doesn't work. You can't place orders. What happened to them?
They are a bait and switch company. They offer on line discounts but they does not include prices that you would find in the store. Then If you want to save shipping by picking up in the store good luck with that! Most of the time its not available for store pickup and they want to charge you shipping. They need to go the way of AC Moore.....belly up!!
What a joke. I ordered 4 days ago and immediately half of my order was cancelled. I was frustrated but ordered some other fabric and that order was cancelled immediately. I then was checking my bank account today to find my entire order has now been cancelled so here I am 4 days later looking for a company that isn't an absolute shitshow to order from so I can buy the fabric that I really need.
Great, I was informed AFTER my order went through of cancelled items that are crucial to our project and now I’m missing the key piece. Would’ve been nice to know before hand so I could’ve added to a different website’s order. Wish I could cancel my whole order instead. Useless!
I ordered on line..it said I could the 20% on my order..all said and done this is at least the 3rd time I tried to use a coupon.that said it was on everything.. NEVER ANYTHING I ORDERED...I will not order again from them..SO MANY BETTER ON LINE
Just spent a couple of hours picking out fabric. I chose 4 fabrics to ship to home. Within 10 minutes of pacing my order EVERYTHING was cancelled. Spoke with a customer service rep online and he blamed it on COVID. We all know the pandemic has affected supply. But if you do not have an item in stock why are you trying to sell it on your website?
