Got to airport and all good. Flight listed on time and Despite nightmare stories of Lanzarote on a Sunday sailed through security and passport procedure. At no time did the airport board warn of any delay yet Jet 2 app advised a 35 min delay. Despite this delay all of a sudden the plane was boarding and we had to rush to join the queue. Get on board plane filling fast and then a call for 2 missing passengers. After 10 mins they rush on the check in is complete and the doors are shut. First announcement sorry to advise our slot has gone and we are delayed for 50 minutes in the plane! We were ready to go and still at least 10 minutes until our slot. Anyway with negotiations it reduced to 30 minutes and caught time on route. Just poor communications at start. Flight itself was fine as ever

After trying three different airlines to Antalya , my go to Airline in Europe is Jet2 , they are not perfect , but I believe they do strive to be as good as they possibly can be . They have a wide choice of food and drinks , a decent selection of duty free goods which are very favourably priced. We had a one hour delay coming back , but I cannot put that down to crew members or the airline , yes it was unfortunate , but life goes on.

Good.The stewardesses are very nice and helpful. The atmosphere is cheerful on the plane. The pilot always tells us which country we are flying to. The atmosphere is very good. I flew from London to Antalya. It went by quickly.❤️🥰🤗

Service was excellent

We. always use Jet 2 when we can, they are not the cheapest but their fares are excellent value and the staff , planes and service are second to none. I have one observation which is common to most airlines. The pilot updates are never loud enough to be heard and I would imagine this would also be the case in an emergency. Please pilots turn up the volume a little.

After many holidays with Jet2 with no issues we have just returned from a family holiday in Belek and Jet2 gave no support after a serious injury to our 7 year old boy at the hotel. Firstly the human element of customer service has disappeared. Always Jet2’s strong point. To contact them whilst away you use a BOT on Whattsapp now if you don’t have use of phone signal. The BOT cannot assist an emergency, after many attempts it’s just refers you to a post holiday complaint form. In an emergency that is dreadfully poor. My son fell off a piece of equipment in the Kids club and had a 5 inch open wound that needed an urgent hospital visit and 24 stitches. In the end I called Jet2 and someone took the details in a very non caring manner and said a local rep would be in touch. No one contacted us. Absolutely no help, assistance or care from Jet2. I’m shocked to be honest. Something has changed and they don’t care about their customer well being anymore. The team that created and manage their BOT need to be replaced with one that actually understands the guests needs. We have another Jet2 holiday booked for 5 weeks time and I’d cancel had I not paid.

Our return trip to Tenerife was very good, the staff were very helpful. The food was good and served well. We took off on time and arrived early so we're very happy!

Plenty of staff to help at airports flights punctual plesent cabin staff a good experience.

Late flight and very small plane.

Great airline for no fuss flights, useful that the 10kg bag is included, friendly staff, easy to use app.

Told to go to check in although I was hand luggage only. At check in couldn’t find the booking had to go away with my passport to a different part of the check in hall then returned and then had to go away with my phone as it had my reference number on it. It appeared that my booking had been cancelled as my son who was also on the flight who has the same first name checked in before me I do put my second initial on the booking to prevent this I did get on the flight and Jet2 staff were polite at all times but I did find it very stressful Before cancelling any booking Jet2 should contact both email addresses to make sure this cannot happen again !!

Friendly staff, great service, look forward to using again

Was a good friendly flight outbound all went well including our daughters special assistance. Were stressed coming back from geneva with special assistance. Had to travel from one terminal to another which was inconvenient especially with our special needs daughter. Ended up waiting in a small area with no access to shops etc. Then had to travel again to another terminal for departure.

The flight was fine. The problems were at Arrecife airport. It took 90 mins to get through to arrivals. Jet 2 staff sould keep an eye on passengers but did not. Someone died in there a few days after us.

Everything was brilliant as usual. Flight, flight attendants, check in staff were all first class.

Very complicated. Almost all the time i had problems

Flight was good, no issues. Ordered a cheese and ham toastie for all four of us on outbound and inbound flight. They were not very nice and very greasy. Tried to change online for inbound flight but this wasn’t possible. All four went into the rubbish bag on the inbound flight. Very disappointed but everything else was good.

Unfortunately we couldn’t get extra leg room so instead bought 3seats -was certainly the better option…!!!
