Firat time Ive been with Jet2.com on a flight - was surprised at the experience it was easy, they encourage taking your 10kg bag on board with an extra small bag - the plkanes are new with plenty of bag room and leg room space. As always the refresments price is high but the quality was good. Service was quick. Overall a nice expererience.

Delayed by 2 hours. Frustrating as communication from the jet 2 team was in frequent and poor. Understand delays happen but passengers need to be informed on the situation on a regular basis

I had Assisted Travel - it was excellent. Polite and helpful Staff on both journeys. Rough weather en route to home and again Staff excellent communication to let us know and super safe landing.

Always better than ryanair and easyjet worth a bit extra on the cost but jet2 are getting more and more expensive. Lack of information on what the process is at passport control, ( in Lanzarote anyway), we spoke to many passengers who were confused. I know its down to the airports but surely the airlines have a better idea on the day what could communicated to passengers.

Found the planes used had extremely small width seats, and very hard - uncomfortable even for a 4.5hr flight. Return flight had only one bus sent to transport from plane to building - everyone packed in to unacceptable level

Great staff, lovely not to worry about hand luggage. Nice clean plane.

On time, reasonably priced, nice clean cabin, only tribe no food served without payment.

Once again we chose to use Jet2 for our flights for our holidays. As always the staff in the airport and on the flights were amazingly helpful. The twilight drop is excellent for us, so long may it continue. The flight out was on time , with a 1 hour delay flying home from Tenerife due to air traffic control issues in Manchester. The aircrafts were clean and tidy. The only bugbear I have, is that once again after booking well in advance for extra legroom seats together with my wife on our flight home we were separated. It was only across the aisle instead of being side by side. We book the seats to be together so we can watch films together on a shared device. This is not the first time we’ve had our seats changed for our flights. Which is slightly annoying. Therefore I can’t give you 5* which I would like to give.

We wedisappointed again as we had seats across an isle both ways! We travel wiv Jet2 7 times a year & do feel peeved when even single passengers travelling alone are put together when they are not bothered where they sit & we as a couple could have sat with one of them & being together as a couple! The staff as always were great!

Easy to book, great flight times.

Temperature on board was too hot . Made the journey feel very uncomfortable . Person in seat 5A. Had breathing difficulty and flight attendants had to deal with the issue .
