Told to go to check in although I was hand luggage only. At check in couldn’t find the booking had to go away with my passport to a different part of the check in hall then returned and then had to go away with my phone as it had my reference number on it. It appeared that my booking had been cancelled as my son who was also on the flight who has the same first name checked in before me I do put my second initial on the booking to prevent this I did get on the flight and Jet2 staff were polite at all times but I did find it very stressful Before cancelling any booking Jet2 should contact both email addresses to make sure this cannot happen again !!
