Arnaque n'a jamais été livré sobstine à pas rembourser disant que sa été livré... srm a mauvaise adresse mais bon aucun service clients quand c'est le temps de rembourser les clients si vous avez un problème avec vôtre commande oublié la et vôtre argent aussi ma conjointe a perdu env 200$ des ostie de crosseur sa contact même ta banque dire que tu les a bien eu alors que non ne faites jamais affaire avec eux tout peut bien aller mais au moindre pépin c'est la quata

very disappointing

1. the shipping took almost 2 months 2. we got only the "gift" crate (when i made the order there was 1+1 deal) 3. my daughter was waiting for the japan sweet box for her birthday and was sooooo disapointed not to have it 4. instead of sending us a new crate as you should (!) we got a 50% discount for the next order, which will never happen again b/c we are very disappointed!

I used to love Japan Crate

I used to love Japan Crate. The items are always unique and delicious. My last two boxes have had expired or damaged items in them. One box had two expired items (one by a whole year - and it was prawn crackers). So I have essentially thrown out half a box worth. The price has gone up over the years so it’s been disappointing to receive multiple items that will just go into the trash.

A mess, literally

I’ve ordered from Japan crate before and have had a good experiences but this time it was far from it. For starters it took 2.5 months before I received my box. The prices were higher than the last time I bought them and Customer service was of no use, only using the same copy and paste answer every time. When I did finally get it, it was partially smashed. When I opened it all the boxes and snacks had been crushed and all the sweets had melted and hardened forming deformed messes that frankly didn’t feel very safe to eat. If it was hot enough to melt the gummy sweets I don’t think eating the chocolate biscuits or drink the soda seems like a very good idea. I am very upset :(

J'ai deux boîtes de retard (juillet et août 2023) sur un abonnement annuel qui m'a coûté très cher. Nous sommes maintenant à la mi-septembre et j'en suis bien déçue... pourtant tout avait bien commencé pour mes deux premières boîtes!

Disappointed

Ordered July 21 (prepaid for 3 months) and still haven’t received anything (today is September 15) Support has not been very helpful. Told me on 2 separate occasions in august that my first box shipped but when I asked for tracking info they backtracked and said no order for me shipped yet. Last week I finally received a tracking number but I quickly realized it was not mine, because the tracking said the order was delivered to Texas and I do not live there. When I asked customer support about the tracking saying delivered to Texas they admitted they sent me someone else’s tracking number.

I have not received 3/4 of my purchase

I have not received 3 months worth of packages. I received my packages on the first month, back in June, but my orders have been marked as unfulfilled ever since July, even though they’re all completely paid for. At this point I’m wondering if there is some way to get a refund. These boxes aren’t exactly cheap, and I’ve only received a quarter of those that I’ve purchased.

Well because I only get your boxes maybe 5 times though out the year even though I pay for every month. It happens so often I just assume you don't really send them out.

They're amazing!

They're amazing! The new way they do crates are honestly fun and maybe a little silly but makes them unique and is worth the time abd money it takes to get here. My only complaint is getting the same snacks over and over again but that's me being picky and wanting to try something new

I’ve had japan create a few years ago and loved it. Since the holidays are coming up, though to treat myself. I love Japan create and can’t wait to see what comes inside my box 💕

I love Japan Crate

I love Japan Crate! All the best items in a little box. Sure delivery might take a bit, but it's always worth the wait! If I have any problems they always reply very fast and with great solutions.

Almost 2 Months and No Crates Arrived.

Australian Subscriber. July 23rd Paid for 3 Month Sub to Japan Crate + 1 Gacha Crate. Order No. 157381 Tracking Provided. No Movement at all on Initial Tracking No. Have spoken numerous times to customer service and get excuse after excuse. Shipping Supplier Problem. Oh Its on the way in the next few days, a month ago. Constant excuses and standard finishing line of Thank you for your Patience and Understanding. ????????? You guys can't be a serious operation? Obviously, you have some shipping problems, but now at almost 2 months in and no boxes delivered I think you have business management problems. August 23rd Order no. 162103 Same deal. Says fullfilled, shipping number supplied, no movement for weeks. Order no. 162160 Unfullfilled. My last correspondence was oh we just found out your boxes has been sitting at our shipping supplier for over a month. Yet still no movement weeks later. Not my problem. Took you a month to realize that????? Terrible company. Have asked for money back and had no response at all. UPDATE Will not issue a refund. Close to 60 days and received nothing Same excuses everytime Excuse for no refund is they have packed the boxes. July crates still no movement . If you want to pay for a service and product and not receive anything Japan Crate is no1 in this department 0 stars .

Long delay in receiving crate

Ordered monthly subscription starting with the arcade box on 15 August 2023. I haven't received anything, or any update on my order. Edit: 20 Sept 2023 - my crate has now arrived and the contents is great. Nice selection of treats and really nicely presented in the crate. Overall I'm unhappy with the delay, specifically that there was no communication or update from the Japan crate team, but the product itself is good and has exceeded expectations. Updated my score to reflect my more balanced view now.

Manglende ting

Jeg har lige fået tokidoki boksen efter snart to måneders ventetid (Jeg placerede min ordre den 10. Juli, det er den 1. September i morgen) men jeg brugte også en kode som skulle have givet mig en Lucky Bag med. Jeg har så ikke fået den Lucky Bag, hvilket egentlig var grunden til, at jeg placerede den ordre til at begynde med. Det er sgu rimelig nederen.
