Never received my order and didn't get help
I ordered a Japan Crate on December 9, 2020. I was shocked that I never received an order confirmation or a shipping notification. I had to email them in order to receive this information. It is currently February 7, 2021 and I never received my order. I emailed them twice at the end of January asking for help, but never got a reply. EDIT 2/21/21 A few days after I made a public complaint: they responded. I asked for a refund, at least for the shipping and it was given to me. I generally understand that with COVID and change of shipping companies, they're having a hard time. Besides lack of communication, it's not all their fault. I have bought from Inku Crate as a gift in the past and I loved that experience. Right now however, might not be the best time to purchase. As of right now, I still have not received anything and I am worried that as more time passes the contents of the Japan Crate won't be that safe to eat. My advice to you: If you're going to buy, expect to wait a while. If you don't get a reply from them, make a public review to let yourself be known. Based off of my experience and other peoples reviews, it seems like you'll get a response after public reviews.
