IWC Probate and Will Services

So far I had two documents to be Medallion Signature Guaranteed through IWC. Steve Pyott helped me a lot with swift response and clear explanation. We sent the document from Japan and the Medallion Signature Guaranteed document were delivered without any problem. The services provides are excellent and I can recommend anybody using their services.

My late mother had Dr Pepper Snaffle shares in America and a medallion Guarantee was required to have them transferred into my fathers name and then sold. We tried dealing with the paperwork ourselves but without success, we contacted two solicitors and a stock broker who all declined the business. Where do I start. As far as I am concerned IWC are the very, very best in their field ( I know because I have had bad experience with another company.) They hold my legal documents and have talked me though in great detail with my will, power of attorney etc. I needed to find something out the other week and their response was excellent and when it came to a point where it was outside their expertise they referred me to a solicitor who dealt with the matter immediately.
