IWC Probate and Will Services

My father had a Will with IWC, and when he sadly passed away i decided for IWC to deal with the probate and instructions of his Will. So glad i did as it is a time consuming job to do with many factors involved. Samantha Hill of IWC who dealt with the case was excellent in replying to all of my queries via email, keeping me updated and knowing everything had been checked and completed made the whole process simple for me. IWC extremely efficient and helpful. In order to sell shares in American companies, a medallion signature guarantee was needed for the American Banks. IWC managed a complex consolidation and sale of my late fathers shareholdings very efficiently. Highly recommended.

I used IWC for Probate, the service I received was excellent, they answered most of my email queries within a matter of minutes and often this was outside of hours. The process was very smooth. They even helped me by claiming some inheritance tax allowances I was not aware of. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Very poor service, we contracted them for Probate Administration services so you can imagine it wasn't a happy time and we wanted some protection from the detailed arrangements but they absolutely failed to deliver that. I had to do most of the work and to chase them up, exactly the opposite of what we had hoped for or signed up to. I wouldn't recommend or use them again, I only give them 1 star because there isn't a "no stars" option

Although unable to help me directly due to the cost/benefit ratio they suggested somewhere that could help at a cost better suited to what I needed. live chat was prompt, polite and helpful - even on a Sunday morning!
