Great customer service!
I received the AC unit late,Also my AC technician checked the unit because it had been damaged and It was out of freon so he put some in it and waited for about 45 minutes and it had leaked down some, so now I’m in the middle of winter with no Heat or AC unit because I need a package unit, now I’ve been told it will cost me an extra $569. To replace it, and they will not replace it until they get it back so they can check it out. Bummer 😡😡😡
I worked with Kenneth H. to determine the correct size for our project. Kenny was very knowledgeable and kind, and he always responded very quickly. He also suggested the scratch and dent items, and explained that the imperfections were barely noticeable. In the end, we we able to purchase the exact system we needed and at the best possible price. We will be using Ingrams for the other system we need to purchase, and we will be reaching out to Kenny for personal assistance. We would highly recommend Ingrams for your HVAC needs.

I ordered the 4 ton geo thermal heat pump and 4 ton ground loop kit in may . The loop kit was in stock and I received it with in a week .the heat pump unit was back ordered. Said I should receive it in mid November . I actually just got it in the first week of December. However Tammy did a great job with answering my questions quickly And updating me

Quick answers, correct part determined, quick shipping, very professional and personable. The manufacturer of the mini-split I called to purchase parts for couldn't even tell me the part number. Ingram's support staff was able to determine the correct part and were able to get me the part in a timely manner. The staff was very nice and it was a great experience dealing with them.
Their website was easy to use very quick shipping. Good people to deal with.
Order arrived on time, hooked up the compressor no problem and worked great.
The Ingrams customer service is outstanding. A resent purchase issue was resolved in 1 day with a manufacturer that I have been attempting to get help from for more than a month on a separate problem.
They told me exact part I needed and got it ship to me very fast! I will be using them again.

Eric listened to my requirements first, then offered a ‘best’ solution. I’m in the process of installing - so far no problems.

DO NOT BUY FROM INGRAMS HEAT AND AIR!!! Eric Willie, in customer service, Gillian Jones, the customer service manager, and Wendy Enriquez, shipping specialist (who doesn’t even have a voicemail set up) lied to us and/or simply quit responding to all communication. We purchased ONE heat/air unit. They charged us for two and sent both of them, even though we contacted customer service and told them the problem before the second unit shipped. Every customer service rep we’ve spoken to (Eric Willie, Gillian Jones, and Wendy Enriquez) has lied to us and/or simply quit responding to us entirely. We eventually disputed the charge on our credit card. Ingrams PROMISED to return our money and pick up their unit if we canceled the dispute. Like an idiot, I believed them. Now that it’s cancelled and they got their unit back they’re telling me they won’t refund our money for at least 2-3 months, because that’s their company policy, regardless of the fact that it was their mistake in the beginning. This is hands down, one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They don’t answer calls, emails, or voicemails. By the way, they pay unhappy customers to take down negative reviews on other platforms, that’s why they look like they have good reviews. I’d be happy to update this review if they decide to do the right thing and quickly refund the money they never should’ve taken from us in the first place.
Once I received my kit, I feared I had not gotten long enough line sets. I called customer service and expressed my concern and was assured that I could return & exchange for a longer one. Once I was reassured I returned to my project with an open mind and discovered that what I ordered was sufficient!
Thanks for great service. I bought my mini split between 4 and 6 years ago . Unit still works great .
