Paid €689 — No Service, No Refund, Possible Fraud Review text: I paid €689 on 6 October 2025 to irishcompany.eu for a company formation service. After payment, I received no confirmation, no invoice, and no service delivery. The merchant stopped replying on WhatsApp and provided no other valid contact method. I’ve reported the case to Wise, Stripe, and the Irish Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for investigation under EU consumer law. The site’s Terms & Conditions include a “No Cancellation or Refund” clause (link ), which violates EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. This appears to be a fraudulent business. I strongly advise anyone to avoid sending payments until this case is clarified. contact me i will send you all proofs Attachments: Screenshot of payment Screenshot of WhatsApp conversation Screenshot of the “no refund” clause

Des Kelly, Tallaght I have been doing business with Des Kelly’s for almost 20 years, in that time Tanya has been the assistant we dealt with, she has been very kind, and welcoming. Tanya has always given us great advice and recommended the best product to suit our home and budget. I would highly recommend shopping at Des Kelly, Tallaght, their new showrooms are lovely and Tanya will guide you to the correct product for your home and budget, Maria (satisfied customer)

I recently ordered a bed from Des Kellys. Staff are really helpful and efficient. Shops have a great range to choose from.
