Riverbend recently helped us resolve a case within a very tight timeframe. My representative, Sunnie, was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the process. What a waste of time! They initially contacted by phone. Promised me many things, then disappeared for a while, not replying on WhatsApp or by email. Then suddenly reappeared two or three weeks later to ask me the same questions again because well... they are chaotic. Then I got no news again for a month. I sent another email with a clear expression of my concern. No answers. I suggest to avoid this company. They are ludicrous. My interlocutor all along was Jonathan Golin.
