Interstate Movers Reviews

The actual moving day went fine, but the initial scheduling process was confusing and we received conflicting information from different representatives. Once we got past that, the movers did their job well. Just needs better coordination in the office.

Overall satisfied with the moving experience. The team was friendly and worked hard to get everything packed efficiently. Only complaint is that they arrived about 2 hours later than scheduled, which threw off our timeline a bit. Otherwise, no damages and fair pricing.

Moving is always stressful, but this company made it as painless as possible. From the initial estimate to final delivery, everything went according to plan. The crew was friendly and professional throughout.

Was nervous about using a moving company I found online, but Interstate Movers really delivered. They were transparent about costs, provided excellent packing materials, and our belongings arrived exactly as they left. The crew even helped us figure out furniture placement in our new home.

Impressed with how quickly they got us moved. The whole process took less time than expected and the price was competitive.

Compared quotes from several companies and Interstate Movers offered the best combination of price and service. The team was courteous, worked efficiently, and took good care of our stuff. Would definitely use them again for future moves.

While most of our items arrived safely, we did notice a few scratches on our dining room table and one box that seemed to have been dropped. The crew was apologetic and the company did offer some compensation, but it was still disappointing. The rest of the service was decent.

No major complaints but nothing exceptional either. They got the job done within the timeframe and budget discussed. A couple of minor dings on some furniture but nothing too serious.

They handled our move from California to Florida without any major issues. The packing service was thorough and everything was well-protected during transport. Delivery was on schedule and the crew helped us get settled in quickly.

The moving crew was great and very careful with our belongings. However, the customer service over the phone was lacking - had to call multiple times to get updates on delivery status. The actual move went well though, just wish communication was better.

These guys made our move from Texas to Oregon incredibly smooth. The crew was professional, showed up on time, and handled our furniture with care. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they even helped reassemble some items. Highly recommend for long-distance moves!

Used Interstate Movers for our family relocation and couldn't be happier. They provided accurate estimates, communicated well throughout the process, and delivered exactly when promised.
