I just placed an order as I'd found the range of products and prices very good, there was an issue with one of the items and Courtney rang me to get this resolved - she was very helpful and efficient and the personal touch is something often lacking these days, so will definitely use Internet Electrical again and would strongly recommend them to others
I judge an online seller not so much by the product they deliver, which will usually be manufactured by a third party, but how the seller addresses problems with the product (faulty goods etc) or its delivery. Based on a recent purchase, where, somewhere in the delivery supply chain, the delivery company had failed to properly pallet pack the goods, or keep the pallet out of rain, and the product was both rain damaged and mishandled (the local delivery by Gifford Transport, Melksham, arriving with a pallet placed on top of my clearly labelled ‘Fragile’ wrapped pallet, and clumsily removed by the driver). So, I contacted Internet Electricals, and could not have had the issue better addressed than it was by Anni in Customer Services. Having seen photos of the delivered pallet and content she immediately said she would arrange for a replacement to be sent. Anni then kept in regular contact regarding delivery, both by phone and email. The issue could not have been better addressed, and I hope that Internet Electricals appreciates that it is staff like Anni who are responsible for buyers like me returning to the company. Having looked at several Trustpilot reviews before my purchase, I noticed that Anni’s name pops up on several reviews, always with positive comment. What a great asset for the company she must be. Internet Electrical have been Excellent to deal with . I live on an island and the items were delivered within a week so recommend internet Electrical Great guys, Communication was excellent i was kept updated on delivery etc. Keep up the Excellent standards Internet Electrical 👍
I recently placed an order where the light that I ordered was out of stock. It also turned out that the manufacturer had discontinued the product. Anni went above and beyond to source the light from an alternative supplier and complete my order, keeping my customer happy. Will definitely be using again for future electrical projects

I recently placed my first ever (small) order with Internet Electrical and had a problem which was my fault. After sending an email, a wonderful lady called Anni phoned me by return and sorted everything out immediately, professionally and empathetically. Delivery received the next day. It is so refreshing and rare in this day and age to deal with a customer focused company and a human on the end of the phone (and not have to hang on in a queuing system for ages) A brilliant company and service which I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. APC Overnight Delivery (the courier) also provided an excellent service.

This is an amendment to a recent bad review. We had a problem with a delivery, my customer gave me a hard time so I left a bad review, however I contacted Anni in their office she said she would get back on it and sort it out as soon as possible, she was as good as her word and had everything sorted the same day. So... I'm happy she sorted us out and Hopefully she's happy with this review. It's unusual to find someone who is as good as there but Anni is a credit to internet electrical and I will use them again.

I rang on Monday as we definitely needed delivery by Tuesday. The lady I spoke to said she'd check stock and delivery. She called me back within 5 mins and confirmed it would be dispatched that day, she would personally check and liaise with the warehouse. I ordered and within a very short period I had email confirmation of the order and very soon after a dispatch notice and early afternoon the next day it arrived. Perfect, thank you for the friendly, helpful and efficient service. The light fitting is of course great and installed and working.

Genuinely great company to deal with - very prompt dispatch, very good pricing, customer service is prompt and clear when needed and products all packaged up fine. Allowed us to return a product technically outside of the returns period as well which is really helpful. Can't recommend enough

I could not thank the Customer Care team enough- when I placed my order I typed in the incorrect post code and my package was lost in the courier system. Customer Care went beyond their duty to search, email, telephone and eventually managed to arrange for my parcel to be delivered to me safely. It was so nice to be able to telephone and speak with the team to offer my thanks.

I have explained the lights this person ordered were not suitable. But due to the person having to go into hospital with covid she missed the 14 day returns by 1 week. This company will not listen and have no empathy. I even asked for an exchange. I have decided to try and take the matter further
