She knows exactly what will fit you, how it will fit you, the difference between all the options, the pros and cons, the grading and quality of every item, etc. The whole vibe in the shop is very chilled, helpful and a community feel rather than hard sales. One of my items had to be shipped to me as they didn't have my size in the shop - free shipping and Ellie was spot on with the sizing.
