Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Hawaii and Alaska cruise

The infinity booking process was poor with Late changes to flights and hotels. The flights were amended back to the ones agreed on booking with some difficulty as our booking rep needed lots of reminding and many emails to change the flights. Two of the hotels we were allocated were unsuitable and we moved. On the positive side when we complained to customer services Rochelle was extremely helpful, she went the extra mile, finding us new accommodation in Hawaii and ensuring the costs we incurred for the overnight hotel in Atlanta was reimbursed, and I have to say the payment was very prompt within 3 weeks of our return to the UK. Despite the problems with the accommodation everything else was fine, the flights were all booked and there were no problems at the airports and we did have an enjoyable holiday. Big thank you to Rocelle for her personal care.

The personal touch

It was very easy to book the cruise and although we haven't sailed yet on this one, we have previously and were more than pleased with the itinery and value for money. We made a few personal amendments to this one and although it took a time for a callback, when Figo rang he was brilliant, took everything on board that we wanted and sorted it all in a friendly and professional manner-now happily looking forward to a trip of a lifetime.

Easy planning of a cruise with the ever helpful Mo

We contacted Infinity Cruises having seen a cruise that ticked all of the boxes for us and spoke at length with Mo who was extremely helpful, clearly knew his stuff and was able to tell us all about the cruise on offer and the options available to us. Because we are planning 18 months ahead, there were understandably some details which can't be confirmed at this time but Mo took down our preferences in terms of the airports we would like to consider for our flights. This is where the 4 stars rather than 5 apply as when we received our confirmation it stated we would be flying from Manchester, rather than London as we had indicated. However, this was soon put right my Mo and further confirmation with the correct details quickly followed. I'm sure that as the time progresses and more information on the details are released we will be kept informed in a timely manner. We do at least have Mo's direct line so that we can contact him at any time which is always a comfort. So far, so good, we are impressed overall.

Staff very busy

This was our first cruise booking which was made with some reservation and questioning required. Staff seemed to be very busy, slow to make return calls and the information provided was inconsistent and not always clear. Hopefully the trip itself will prove to be smoother sailing.

South America land trip and cruise

Superb service especially on the land based part of our holiday, everything went like clockwork. First class hotels and transfers, would recommend Infinity to anyone thinking of a cruise combined with a land based trip. Also very good value compared to other holiday companies.

Really good experience

Ask for Mo if you are going to Australia he has great knowledge and recommended two great hotels. All our queries were answered thoroughly and swiftly as was all information from the cruise company. I will definitely use Infinity to book again.
