Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Good prices, very poor communication

This is the sort of company that really tests the public's faith in travel agents, although to be fair they came through in the end. The main problem being that when you initially book, they confirm the booking, but not the flights, accommodation or the sailing. Getting through to the office can be a nightmare, but once you have learned that to get through you must choose the new booking line, then things become easier. To their credit they did get me a great business class deal, which I truely thank them for. A bit of a downer, though, is that transfers are not included and the responsibility for organising these rests with the customer.

All well that ends well!

We started our Infinity Cruises experience by booking what we thought was an "All Inclusive Cruise" with Royal Caribbean. The "All Inclusive" part of this booking was to be false, however when booking the agent confirm that it really did exist. After much discussion we eventually received partial compensation for what we felt was an Infinity Cruise error. Hopefully the holiday will turn out to be all that we hope for.

Very poor communication, right hand didn't know what left hand was doing and had to write personally to MD to get resolution.

Our problems started when we tried to get details of our flights as my wife has a medical condition requiring an aisle seat/welfare seat or bulkhead seat. We were told the flights were booked and that we would get an email to confrm so we could contact the airlines to get a suitable seat. However, no email was received so we made many calls to get this sorted. No call backs were received as promised and one of Infinity's call handlers told us that the flights hadn't even been booked. I later found out that it had, but on a different system which staff obviously weren't aware of! So, after emailing the MD about this unacceptable service and then having to send a reminder to them, I got a phone call and email confirmation straight away to allow me to sort out seats with the airline. I was also very disappointed that Infinity do not sort seats out in medical cases such as this - all other travel agents we have dealt with have done this. Overall a very bad and stressful experience.

Not the service we expected

We booked a trip to Memphis New Orleans then a 7day cruise leaving march 2017 and paid in full at time of booking . Which was April this year. I had to chase them for confirmation which I received shortly after but we received nothing else until September this year and only because I chased them. I did check the reviews before booking and all looked really good but unfortunately this was not the case for us . Also they use American Airlines who's planes are tgatnold the televisions come out of the ceiling in the plane which I am not very happy about. We have tried to book our seats but had problems and when I called them about this they told me to call the airline not impressed at all

First class service

I personally had never heard of infinity cruises until recently, I telephoned about a cruise we saw via Travelzoo. Was very impressed with the prices and the travel adviser was excellent, allowing us to change certain parts of the holiday to suit our personal preference. Will definitely use Infinitycruise again and would not hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Itinerary and travel information

Since initial booking Ihave had to ring infinity on a few occasions regardiny itinerary and travel details. I have now paid the full cost of my booking, almost £12K yet still nol travel details with regard to flights, either airlines or flight times. It is disappointing to have to pay a significant amount of money without knowing what I am getting!!

Infinity and beyond!

Very good sales assistant Andy. Understood what we wanted and was able to arrange things for a third passenger to join us. Only shortcoming is that deposit money £1000 was taken immediately from our bank but not acknowledged for over a week.
