Very poor communication, right hand didn't know what left hand was doing and had to write personally to MD to get resolution.

Our problems started when we tried to get details of our flights as my wife has a medical condition requiring an aisle seat/welfare seat or bulkhead seat. We were told the flights were booked and that we would get an email to confrm so we could contact the airlines to get a suitable seat. However, no email was received so we made many calls to get this sorted. No call backs were received as promised and one of Infinity's call handlers told us that the flights hadn't even been booked. I later found out that it had, but on a different system which staff obviously weren't aware of! So, after emailing the MD about this unacceptable service and then having to send a reminder to them, I got a phone call and email confirmation straight away to allow me to sort out seats with the airline. I was also very disappointed that Infinity do not sort seats out in medical cases such as this - all other travel agents we have dealt with have done this. Overall a very bad and stressful experience.
