Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again .

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

Not returning call

I have been promised to get back to me but no one get back to me. I have to phone you to book me and my husband. But otherwise the agent that booked us she is very good. The down fall is promising to the customers that you will get back to the new customer but not is not good for the customers and the company.

Sinfonia cruise to africa

No complains regarding this cruise, although MSC could have warn d how very hot this particular cruise would be, perfect weather until it reached Reunion Islands. Found food etc very very good, plenty of variety, and why so many people chose to dine in the buffet places is beyond me, must be the fact they could pile up their plates. Cabin on deck 8 outside okay, but without doubt on the small side. I had to use the medical servic s twice, and found they were very good, tried all they could to help. The only real complaint was getting off at Durban, the whole business was a farce, and took hours to.get off queued ages, to find transport etc couldn't get any where near the port, and had to get all near mile to get to them, and the queue to get on the ship must have been a mile long. This was unlike getting on at Venice, where from booking in, we were on the ship within an hour. In all a very good cruise, marvelous itinerary, would recommend to anybody, all staff other than one waiter, were very good. Well done MSC

great knowledge

my wife had already spoken to Andy a few weeks earlier to get more info about the flights and cabins, timings. So after arranging holiday time with our employers we phoned back to confirm which cabin and flights/hotel we would be using. Andy was familiar with the cruise and was able to guild us through the cruise details and booking experience which all went smoothly.. a couple of days later we received our confirmation statement and atoll documents. looking forward to our cruise next year.

I was very impressed with the service from Sita at infinity cruises she really helped us get the cabin we wanted and the e-mails we sent were answered promptly and she kept us informed of the progression of our request.

Poor Flights

This is our second cruise with infinity.On the first one they had us on 3 flights to get to Seattle from Manchester with the return via Dallas,Texas!We paid extra and had 2 flights via Iceland.Now we are going to New Zealand and the 2nd flight from Dubai stops at Bangkok and Sydney and takes 21 hours.
