Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again .

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

I only chose 1 star so I could proceed with the review

After booking I realised the details agreed on the trip were false. Absolute stress attempting to resolve. Dreadful time for 18 months trying to fix the issues. Calls/emails persistently ignored. Horrendous customer service. Apparent inability in advising flight details/times + hotel details and this is over a 12 month period, not a couple of calls. Lies re cost of transfers "so cheap you do not need to pre-arrange". They cost additional £275 total. One hotel booked in Buenos Aires was little more than a hostel, horrendous. Week before we left we saw you were on "rip off Britain". We had little confidence the holiday would happen and as South America was a distance- even more concerned. The humour on the ship was "so you booked with the infamous Mo!" Your company was a laughing stock. Not funny any more. We had such little confidence in infinity that I did not complete your survey until we were back. You owe us at least the unexpected cost of the transfers plus recompense for the abysmal service.

Booking procedure very poor

The booking procedure of the cruise we have booked was the worst we have experienced We had to ring several times to ask for a confirmation e-mail which we eventually received but was incorrect We only hope the holiday will be better than the booking procedure

Good service but lack of detail

I am happy with my booking and excited about the trip but we have not had a great deal of detail regarding hotels, travel, timings etc. I received a phone call last week to say one of our fights has changed and I would receive an e-mail confirmation but nothing has arrived? We still don't have any details of our Amtrak train journey from San Fransisco to Los Angeles. More information sooner would be appreciated, it's a big trip and we want to be organised to make the most of our time in places we have never been.

When we booked the holiday we were told we would receive confirmation by email. When this did not arrive we phoned up and they had written the wrong email address. We also asked them to post it which they said they would do. This never arrived.

Once deposit paid no customer service or assistance

Deposit paid in good. Required upgrades due to limited information given at the point of sale. I was informed certain upgrades at the point of sale were not available but I have since learned they were but not on the package I purchased. I was not informed I had purchased a package at the point of sale but told the balcony rooms I required were sold out, I had paid extra for designated cabin as the offer was for an undesignated cabin. I asked if I can not be given an undesignated cabin why was the price displayed on the offer as this was not told to me at the point of sale. I did not mind paying extra fir the designated cabin but wanted to know which cabin I had been designated. Since requesting this plus an upgrade as I have since established the cabin I required is available on this cruise I have received no reply. I asked am I on a oackage as this was not toke to me at point of sale and is this package limiting me to the time I can choose for meals and the location of the cabin on the cruise. This has also been met with no response. Obviously I now seek an explanation for this and insist they are transparent so I fully understand if this offer is in fact not an offer but a package that I was not made aware of i.e. The cabins they can not sale and limited dining times.

Excited although a little concerned

I haven't been on the trip yet, but so far: The operator was friendly, helpful and efficient. However, I am concerned that I had to pay an extra £100 per person on the price quoted on Inifinity Cruises website and the Travelzoo offer, because 'prices had gone up', even though the Travelzoo email had only just gone out to subscribers. I agreed to this because I was told that the offer was selling fast so I didn't want to miss out. Infinity Cruises website was not updated with the correct price until several hour later and the Travel Zoo offer not until the next day. To pay such a large deposit A YEAR IN ADVANCE seems unreasonable. To request payment in full FOUR months before departure is unusual. I subsequently discover that the price quoted by the cruise operator is actually cheaper than the amount I paid to Infinity Cruises. Subsequent emails to Infinity Cruises have been answered promptly and courteously. I am looking forward to my holiday.
