Be very careful if you use this Company. When things go wrong, as they did for my cousin and myself on our supposedly “luxury” land and cruise holiday in South Africa, you will find that Infinity Cruises does NOT have Complaints Prceedures. You will only be able to get your complaint as far as Customer Services and they will block any complaint. In our case Customer Services stopped responding once we asked for our complaint to be forwarded to a Complaints Procedure and asked for Senior Personnel to examine our case. We had been badly let down by the poor quality and complete inappropriateness of the hotels we had been allocated by Infinity Cruise for 7 out of the 10 nights of the land part of our trip. This severely impacted on the quality and the enjoyment of these important days in our itinerary. The poor hotels, especially the last in Mauritius left us feeling cheated of the sun, sea and san experience we had been promised at the end of our holiday. I have found it impossible to contact any one at Infinity Cruises so I am now contacting ABTA with our complaint.

Infinity Cruises 1st class again .

Infinity Cruises 1st class again . After dealing with Mike for some years I was very happy to deal with Justin who has taken over from him. Such a lovely professional man and helped us all the way through our booking experience for our next adventure, he kept in contact at all times and nothing was too much trouble, well done Justin. From 7 Ladies that like to travel.

Refund for missed transfer not being received

Transfer from Hotel to airport did not arrive so booked a taxi from hotel. Requested Infinity Cruises refund taxi fare. This has now been 6 weeks with no meaningful response

Infinity Cruises ensured we had a great holiday

I booked a tour of India and Celebrity Cruise Mumbai to Singapore with Infinity Cruises. Bobby D. helped me book the trip whilst I was staying in Australia so he had to cope with time difference etc. I had lots of questions before the holiday and Jacqui in Customer Services very patiently answered questions and helped. The hotels on the Golden Triangle tour were simply fabulous and all transfers were efficient and on time. Cruise Fabulous. I would certainly book with Infinity Cruises again - they made our holiday great 👍- thank you so much

No action on updates

The day I received my booking details from Infinity, I called to say that they had mis-spelled our surname (despite my having spelled it more than once when making the booking, as it's not an easy one!). I was asked to send a copy of our passport details to their admin team. I sent these on the same day, and received two holding e mails (from different people) saying that I would be contacted soon, hopefully within 48 hours. That was 12 days ago and I've heard nothing so far. I ignored the first Trustpilot survey request, as I thought it was unfair to comment when it was only just past the 48 hour stage. No contact after nearly two weeks seems poor, however - particularly as I had to contact the company about errors within 24 hours of receipt of the booking information on pain of being charged to make amendments. Having said that, the cruise seems competitively priced, and the lady I spoke to about the booking was very helpful, ringing me back to check that an additional night in Sydney on the return journey wouldn't cause problems.

infinity do things differently

Having booked several previous cruises with other cruise specialists, I found it a very different experience with Infinity. Usually when you pay a substantial deposit (£400) per person, you get some sort of information and receipt for the holiday. Ours is a stay in hotels and cruise with multiple flights, for weeks after paying a deposit, I had no receipt, and for months afterwards had no information of flights, ie which airline, which routes, was it direct etc. This was rather disconcerting, but eventually, all the hotel details and flight details have come through, and we are hoping to enjoy a great holiday

Infinity staff member Jay, was polite helpful and informative. An efficient booking service with good advice and further information about what to expect later, after the deposit was taken. Follow up with documentation was timely A stress free experience to date

New to Infinity Cruises

After reading the reviews we were sceptical of booking with them. However I did discuss this with one of the customer services team before I made any booking and he assured me that the old sales team had been replaced by a new team who were keen to help and promote the company. I have booked a cruise with them and paid a deposit, I have received our itinerary, the person I dealt with was polite, efficient and good to work with. It is perhaps early days but I am hopeful!

going on a holiday of a lifetime to find out the hotel in Sydney is nothing short of a hostel my wife and I looked at the hotel online, don't know where the 4 stars came from.
