After being in incruises for almost 4…

After being in incruises for almost 4 years and having two different accounts, one of my accounts became inactive due to a billing problem. Now I have lost all my points and whatever is on my account does not even equal to one night at a hotel? Seriously? After almost 4 years? This is the biggest ripoff in the travel industry.

Pésimo servicio

Hola, una conocida es miembro de InCruises por su hija Macarena Vignoly. La joven nos vendió a su madre y a mí un viaje. Pagué el costo de ambas con mi tarjeta de crédito. Nunca recibí un recibo por mi pago e inclusive me quería cobrar demás porque supuestamente mi tarjeta de crédito no conveniaba con la empresa. Todo muy raro. Sigo esperando una explicación. Trate comunicarme con InCruises... cero respuesta.

E vergognoso il comportamento di questo club InCruise.Fino quando sono diventata membro sembra il miglior modo di viaggiare e mi sono fidata de le promesse fatte.Che raddoppio i punti,con i pagamenti mensile,che puoi saranno scalati dal prezzo della crociera o albergo.Al inizio hanno detto che i prezzi sono più bassi in assoluto,che se trovi una crociera al costo più basso ti restituisco la differenza moltiplicata per cinque.Ho scoperta,con grande delusione che non c'è nulla di vero.Dopo aver versato 1000€, volevo prenotare una crociera a un prezzo migliore delle altre piattaforme,invece impossibile,non parlo dei punti scalati,ne meno 5% del valore versato su loro conto.Adessonho smesso di pagare e non riesco più recuperare nulla dei miei soldi.Mi hanno bloccato.Un comportamento indecente.Poi mi meraviglio che in Italia e permesso questo tipo di attività a piramide,o catena di Sant Antonio.Loro opera in questo modo,che in Polonia e Russia e stato vietato ad operare. Vorrei che anche in Italia facciano un può di controlli di questo clan che sta imbrogliare migliaia di italiani.

Truffa organizzata anche male, state alla larga chi mi ha inserito ovviamente se ne lavato le mani, non riprenderai mai i soldi versati ne per hotel ne per crociere. Non cadete nelle belle parole.

Soy miembro de Incruises desde el 2019 . He viajado en 5 cruceros y he conocido maravillosos destinos como el Caribe, Brasil, Europa y Sudamérica. Mi esposa también es miembro de Incruises y todos los años viajamos juntos y sabemos que ahorramos dinero en las reservas, es como si viviéramos una nueva luna de miel todos los años. After paying for almost 2 years

After paying for almost 2 years, I forgot to update my payment info. resulting in my 2 in 1 was that cancelled. Now since I will no longer benefit from having this company handle my cruises. I called to have my money returned to me to no avail. Next since they won't return my money I tried to book the inStays but still they will only let me use a fraction not even 10% of the money I have put in. I got SCAMMED big time.

Scam!! They took our money!!

After paying for 18 months and not using the points or money I was told that if I needed to cancel my subscription I would get back 100% of my money. It turns out I get nothing back. This is a scam and a fraud!! Do not trust them.

Beware of SCAM

After a year and a half being inactive in terms of booking, I found out that all of a sadden I only can use 50% of my earned points toward the cruise. Whaaaat???? Are you serious??? I will find out how all scammed members can open a lawsuit against these scammers!!!!

Program started great, now it’s a SCAM!

TLDR: Please learn from my mistake of trusting this company! DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY WITH THEM. They rope you in and make it nearly impossible to get out of the program without losing hundreds, if not thousands of dollars. I have been a member of this group since 2016 and when I started, this was a great program. After 5 years I had worked up to being able to use 100% of my cruise balance to pay for a cruise. The only draw back was that I had to book the cruise 90 days out or more, which I had to get used to, but made it work. The reviews saying this company has changed it’s policies numerous times is absolutely true. They have COMPLETELY changed the program at least 3 times since I’ve been a member stating that they were “making it better,” but I definitely disagree. I went from being able to use 100% of my balance to only able to use 50% of my balance and being able to book multiple cruises to only being able to book once cruise at a time. I think once lots of people got to the 5 year mark and were able to use 100% of their balance to book more than one cruise, they had to change the program for the company’s benefit, NOT the members. I have been set up on automatic payments pretty much the entire time I’ve been a member, but somehow earlier this year, my automatic payments stopped (not because anything was wrong w my card and it wasn’t expired). Since it’s been automatic for the past 8 years, I didn’t worry about it. When I noticed it, I reactivated my account by paying the invoice manually and deleted my card then re-entered the exact same card, for automatic payments because I realized something must have been wrong with their system. Well, now that it failed to deduct my automatic payments for over 3 months before I noticed, my account went inactive and it deducted over $5000 of cruise dollars from my account and I am left w only what I’ve paid in, which is still over $8200. It sucks but would be okay if I could actually use it, but I can’t even use ANY of that unless my account goes inactive again, which is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I have to stop paying in if I want to use my rewards. More than that, even if I go inactive again and have access to those rewards, I can only use up to 17% of the rewards towards a cruise, which totally sucks since that money is only what I’ve paid in. It doesn’t include any 2 for 1 dollars anymore. I am so angry about this. The company does not care about members who have been LOYAL to them for over 8 years!! They change the rules whenever they want only to benefit the company, not the member. Obviously, I found value in what they originally offered which is why I was a member so long. I didn’t like the changes they first made, but had too much invested to walk away so I continued paying in and trying to use it. I feel like they should grandfather in those members who have been there from early on, to what they originally signed up for. The program is totally different and absolutely NOT what I signed up for! At this point, I would have been much better off to just put $100 in a bank account every month over the years since they have taken away all of my benefits with no way to reinstate my balance because of an issue on their end. It’s ridiculous. I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY IN TO THIS!

Uno schema ponzi che ti tiene intrappolato al suo interno. Gli unici a guadagnare sono i partner che ricevono compensi per gli affiliati che procurano. Al momento della prenotazione tutta la convenienza promessa sparisce e decidono loro quanti crediti potete utilizzare (non è mai la metà esatta). Da segnalare alla guardia di finanza come schema piramidale. Purtroppo ci sono cascato, ne uscirò non appena avrò modo di capire come perderci meno soldi possibile.

Les Cruis sont trop chers

Pour moi c’est un arnaque totale. J’étais cliente chez inCruises pendant un an Je souhaite partager qulques réflexions concernant les services proposés par InCruises.J’ai constaté que leurs tarifs sont élevés et que les conditions d’utilisation de l’argent accumulé sont très strictes. Il n’est pas possible de solder la totalité de ce que l’on a cumulé, ce qui peut entraîner une perte significative, comme 300 €. En comparant avec des compagnies comme ABcroisière ou MSC, il est évident qu’elles offrent des tarifs plus avantageux, notamment avec la possibilité de payer en plusieurs fois sans conditions d’engagement. Il semble que Cruis tire profit de ses membres en utilisant leurs profils pour faire de la publicité, tout en mettant leur argent en circulation, ce qui n’est pas très avantageux pour eux. De plus, il est regrettable de devoir constamment faire des parrainages pour rester actif dans ce système. InCruise profite de vous mais vous ne profitez pas votre argent mise à disposition de cette compagnie !!!! Je pense qu’il serait bénéfique de revoir ces conditions pour mieux servir vos clients.

Siguen cambiando los terminos

Una empresa inconsistente no respeta los acuerdos con sus clientes. Hacen cambios perjudiciales y los disfrazan de mejoras. Ejemplo número 1: La membresía 1.0. Antes, podías reservar un crucero 100% con tus puntos de recompensas, o "Cruise Dollars", como se llamaban antes. Después de 13 meses pagados, contabas con alrededor de 2600 Cruise Dollars, de los cuales podías utilizar aproximadamente el 70% de tus puntos, es decir, 1820 puntos. Esto te permitía, en menos de dos años, reservar un crucero con el 100% de tus ahorros, sin poner dinero adicional. Era tan buena que, por ejemplo, si el crucero costaba 1820 puntos, en realidad pagabas la mitad de tu viaje, porque el costo real de esos 1820 puntos eran 910 dólares que ya habías pagado con tu dinero por la membresía. Lo mejor de todo es que todos los años aumentaba el poder adquisitivo, hasta el quinto año, cuando llegabas al 100% del total de tus ahorros. Luego llegó la membresía 2.0, donde comenzaron los engaños de parte de Incruises. Anunciaron que ahora podrías utilizar el 100% de los ahorros, lo cual entusiasmó a muchos con la nueva membresía. Sin embargo, la realidad era que la membresía 2.0 te permitía pagar el 100% de la mitad del viaje, pero tenías que poner el 50% del valor del viaje de tu propio dinero. Es decir, incluso después de tener cinco años de ahorros, seguías teniendo que poner dinero de tu bolsillo. Lo peor fue que, junto con eso, salió Royal Caribbean y Celebrity Cruises sin previo aviso. 2024, membresía 3.0: Ahora es un desastre. La nueva membresía premium se basa en eliminar líneas de crucero como Disney y Cunard, catalogándolas como líneas premium. Estas líneas ya estaban incluidas en la membresía de 100 dólares, y ahora tendremos que pagar 250 al mes para tenerlas, y aun así pagar la mitad del viaje por encima. Cuidado con esta empresa, que es depredadora, abusadora y engañosa. Estoy seguro de que pronto vendrán con nuevos términos y condiciones. Han castigado la lealtad de sus clientes, que durante años confiaron en que cumplirían con el producto que les vendieron. Espero que la FTC tome cartas en el asunto.

O objetivo da incruises pela minha…

O objetivo da incruises pela minha experiência só é de vender. Não dão todas as informações. Acha que o cliente que tem que obter sozinho todas as informações. Então para isso não tenho que comprar com as pessoas que vendem, então comprar direto no site. A pessoa que me vendeu já tinha ido em vários cruzeiros e não deu as informações que para mim eram necessárias e por conta disso meu cruzeiro foi decepcionante. Fiquei muito magoada e triste com a minha situação. Se hoje eu fosse vender para alguma pessoa eu estaria apta a dar muitas informações sobre um cruzeiro. Informações que não foram passadas pra mim. Eu tenho depressao e to sofrendo até hoje por conta da minha experiência no cruzeiro através da incruises. Para mim ela ( a incruises) só quer vender e não se preocupa com o cliente! DECEPÇÃO/ TRISTEZA!
