For 18 months, I have paid $100 towards my membership to inCruises. My sponsor told me and showed me on the inCruises website that I could be refunded the full amount we put in if we were ever dissatisfied. It turns out that inCruises changes its policies without notice and as it sees fit to ensure you never get your money back. Also, they have a 'price match' guarantee which is pure robbery. A typical cruise is priced at a per-occupant rate, but they sell it to you at an inflated price and on a per-room basis. There is never a comparison they have to honor. Do you see the bait and switch? Now I'm stuck with 1800 points that I can use no more than 20% per reservation on a hotel room. My advice is to open a high-yield savings account and consider that your travel bucket.

Quando è stata ora di pagare una vacanza, tutti i soldi vengono dalla tua tasca , nessun soldino non ti lo danno loro( parlo di quei 100€ che si raddoppiano ogni mese) sono bugie e non dovete credere in favole…Ho voluto prenotare un viaggio, e io avevo sul conto 1200€ , e non mi lasciavano acquistare questi soldi, solo 600€ pagate mensile per sei mesi e mi chiedevano altre 600€ da aggiungere… E non sono stato d’accordo e ho chiesto i soldi indietro… E nessuno non ti li da, e neanche con 600€ non posso prenotare niente… Quindi sono rimasto imbrogliato da parte di questa agenzia InCruises…

Been part of InCruises for over 2 years now, just as a member. I had enjoyed every moment up until 3.0 version of it. As a single person, was a joy to be able to save a bit through the year and pay the rest of it when I was booking the cruise. This new version of it, won’t give me any benefits, just forcing me to pay monthly and have points that won't be able to use in a lifetime, if I’ll go on a sigle cruise per year. Massively Disappointed. I would love to be able and get the rest of my money back, as this change is not what I signed in for. All my expectations were blown with this new version.

It’s now the 4th day that I’ve been pleading with Incruises to cancel my parent's booking and refund the money due to my father's hospitalization. We paid over $5,000, we’re even willing to accept a partial refund. Yet, they’re refusing, claiming we didn’t insure our trip. Come on, Incruises, we paid $5,000 — what kind of insurance are you talking about? To anyone thinking about joining Incruises, my honest advice: Don't do it. They are nothing but FRAUDsters, and they do not care about their customers. Even if you face a medical emergency like we did, they will not refund you a single cent and will basically STEAL YOUR MONEY.

Ojo !! Me di de alta poniendo 180€ que ya no se pueden recuperar, si no pongo un numero de targeta para que me cobren cuota cada mes. Hasta que no ponga mis datos bancarios la cuenta queda bloqueada y el dinero ya no se puede recuperar. ( eso tiene un nombre llamado estafa ) Mi dinero se quedo dentro y no dejan retirarlo. Te obligan a meter datos bancarios para seguir poniendo dinero y usarlo dentro de su plataforma, pero retirarlo no.

Empecé en el 2019 en plena Pandemia como Miembro de Incruises, hoy tengo tengo 5 cruceros hechos Maravillosos juntos con mi familia, y no solo eso me hecho Socia por qué después de ver vivido mi experiencia como Miembro ahora lo comparto con todo mi entorno,el cual están enamorado y encantados de poder hacer su sueños realidad junto a su familia y amigos,ya que Incruises te da la oportunidad de viajar en cruceros ,hoteles y Resors a un precio muy asequible y cómodo de pagar. No lo duden,os lo recomiendo. Gracias Incruises!!

Me encanta INCUISES. No sólo por los Cruceros de Lujo, sino también por los Hoteles y las Experiencias. Mi familia disfruta de nuestros viajes tanto como yo. No concibo unas vacaciones de otra manera.

Mi hijo es socio y había reservado un crucero para el día 7 de septiembre y a una semana del viaje teniendo todo listo y los ticket de vuelo comprados desde Chile a Orlando le llega mensaje que el crucero se cancela y perderemos casi dos millones de pesos que fueron gastados en los pasajes de avión y la empresa Carnival en su comunicado da a entender que devolvera el dinero que se perderá en los boletos de avión previo envío de ellos y hasta el momento no tenemos respuesta de ustedes, eran las vacaciones más esperadas y se convirtió en una profunda decepción

Estou muito feliz em fazer parte dessa empresa que faz a diferença, na vida de todos nós, sócios e clientes. Nos proporcionando diversão com preços justos e ganhos maravilhosos. Viajar feliz é muito bom.

Llevo tres años en el club y estoy muy contenta , además mi familia también están en el club , he hecho 5 cruceros desde que estoy en el club y el próximo 30 de septiembre haré mi sexto crucero a islas griegas y Estambul!!!! No dejes que nadie te rompa las ilusiones , yo aconsejo que se apunten y si no te gusta te vayas , no hay permanencia , vas a tomar la mejor decisión de tu vida y de tu familia.

Iv been a member of InCruises since 2022, I have found the savings and monthly contribution brilliant, i finally booked a trip away with inStays to Melbourne and stayed an an amazing place, even the Manager was amazed at the price i had the room booked for. The new benefits added already for members are amazing and both my wife and I are very excited to be doing all our futures with this amazing platform.

Yo viaje con el club y la verdad que ha sido la mejor experiencia, sin ser un multimillonario y siendo un mortal como cualquiera. Me impresionó lo facil que es acceder a los mejores viajes y que tus ahorros no tengan impuestos y nada de eso. Próximamente estaré tomándome otro crucero por Barcelona. Así que gracias y recomiendo 100/100 el club.
