Timely delivery of orders and responding to email communication. However metalcraft should look at its pricing, it is relatively high. The company must also reward its customers annually as motivating scheme. The company should also time to time share souvenir to its customers.
It was very easy to place my order and it was processed and arrived quickly.
Knowledgeable sales staff, detail oriented product team, wide assortment of asset tag options, and reasonable pricing. A company that understands what they do and they do it well. Return Customer. 5 out of 5 stars.
Information needed was provided to me from records from past records on file. Ordering was easy and could feel smile and pleasantness in voice. Order was verified from proofs, shipped promptly and was correct.
