This is the most fraudulent insurance…
This is the most fraudulent insurance company I have ever dealt with. First of all, if you bought your phone from a second-hand provider that they do not recognise (such as Back Market, which is huge but they still don’t recognise), they will refuse to pay your claim. I bought an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and when I submitted a claim for damage, they immediately refused to pay — solely because of the marketplace where I bought the phone. On another occasion, the back part of my iPhone was damaged accidentally. Before approving my claim, they insisted I send my phone to them for inspection, even though my phone had already been validated before and I had provided detailed photos of the damage. Sending the phone would have left me without a device for several days. It seems this insurance company tries everything possible to avoid paying claims. I would not recommend anyone take out insurance with this company, and I strongly recommend all existing customers review their current policies to ensure they will actually be covered when they submit a claim.
