Despite numerous calls in December to the supposed customer care team I have yet to receive a refund or a call back as promised. Items missing from order from food hall with no explanation nor refund. Very disappointed in the lack of care or attention. Called again today to chase this up, tried main number a few times with no answer or response. Chose option to ‘make an order’ and bhold someone answered immediately, presumably as taking more money from customers is much more important than resolving issues. If you experience issues my advice is chose option one as you will manage to speak to someone. Now promised that the issue will be escalated to the highest level….. and the wait continues! I am surprised to receive a response from house of bruar asking me to contact customer service by email. I made several requests for a complaints process, or who to escalate my issue to, to be told there wasn’t a process or someone to escalate to….. yet here we are, there is an email address to contact.

Excellent telephone ordering service - polite and efficient. Goods arrived on time, beautifully packaged. Quality and design of clothes exquisite.

Purchased a cream cardigan from the website over Christmas and while it arrived fairly promptly, the item itself arrived with a large stain down the front. I emailed House of Bruar on the day it was delivered (7 Jan) with images asking for advice and/or replacement. No response. I emailed again on the 8th and 12th as I was concerned I’d miss a returns window and despite being ‘faulty’ a return would be difficult. Long story short - support via email non-existent - it’s now been 3 weeks. I eventually called up and was offered a returns label by post a week ago. That’s not turned up. Their products may be decent (I wouldn’t know as this was my first order and I never tried it on) but their customer service is non existent/ poor. I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.

Quality and value for money

The merchandise that house of bruar sell is excellent. I am very pleased with my purchase. But the website is nearly impossible to get onto and browse. I had to telephone the company to place my order. If the website had been more accessible, I’m sure I would have ordered more things.

This company prides itself on great quality and great customer service unfortunately that is not the case. I’ve purchased a pair of men’s slippers for my husband for Christmas. They been obviously given to him on the 25th of December. By the 18th of January I have messaged the company about the horrendous quality of them because we genuinely don’t think they would last till the end of this month. Keep in mind I have supplied all the photos and this company supposed to have a great customer service after 2 emails no acknowledgment of any of them not to even mention any reply or resolution. It’s absolutely appalling. Considering that I bought the product in good faith ( thinking they will last a reasonable amount of time) it’s embarrassing to see how they wearing out in less than a month.

Ordering is easy, the quality of the clothes is amazing.

Ordered a pair of trousers which were in excellent condition and looked amazing although leg length was way to long for me, currently I’ve returned them for a shorter pair and expected them to be received and already have a new shorter pair out for delivery. I called customer services and was told it takes 2 weeks to get an exchange from the date they received the package. Appalling customer services and crazy wait times Unless you are certain it’s what you want in the right size do not buy from here as it will take forever to get a refund or exchange

Lovely cashmere hat. Rich colour and really comfy. Doesn’t ruin your hair style, light and not itchy. Delivered timely. Would definitely recommend.
