Stained item delivered - horrendous customer service support
Purchased a cream cardigan from the website over Christmas and while it arrived fairly promptly, the item itself arrived with a large stain down the front. I emailed House of Bruar on the day it was delivered (7 Jan) with images asking for advice and/or replacement. No response. I emailed again on the 8th and 12th as I was concerned I’d miss a returns window and despite being ‘faulty’ a return would be difficult. Long story short - support via email non-existent - it’s now been 3 weeks. I eventually called up and was offered a returns label by post a week ago. That’s not turned up. Their products may be decent (I wouldn’t know as this was my first order and I never tried it on) but their customer service is non existent/ poor. I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase.
