The cashmere jumper was brilliant quality I would highly recommend house bruar

Gloves are superb quality and an excellent fit. A quite thin glove but much warmer than other thicker gloves i have used. Not had a chance to determine at what temps they will still keep your hands warm. Briliant service from H of B. Will definitey use them again.

My son gifted me one of their beautiful Harris Tweed Blair coats. The fit was not quite right but I am probably two different sizes top and bottom. So I wanted to just move the button across but keep the original. I am most annoyed that my email to customer services did not even receive a reply, I then phoned and the assistant fired off an email to customer services explaining that I wanted to know if I could purchase spare buttons. Still no reply. This was not a cheap High Street coat and I would have expected such a costly coat to have some spare buttons, especially as the coat only had one large button to do the coat up with.

The catalogue arrived 'out of the blue' and just before Xmas, from a company we had never heard of. Within it, my wife saw a jumper which she liked the look of, and I saw a shirt which appealed to me. We ordered both as pressies to each of us for Xmas. Delivery was very prompt and the quality of the two garments was excellent. We were delighted with both of them.

Order arrived very quickly, when the size was wrong I phoned up and asked for the bigger size which arrived the next day in time for an event I was going too. Lady who arranged this also popped a postage paid label in the box for the return. Very much appreciated the prompt and courteous service.
