Shocking service, chose option 1 every time when calling

Despite numerous calls in December to the supposed customer care team I have yet to receive a refund or a call back as promised. Items missing from order from food hall with no explanation nor refund. Very disappointed in the lack of care or attention. Called again today to chase this up, tried main number a few times with no answer or response. Chose option to ‘make an order’ and bhold someone answered immediately, presumably as taking more money from customers is much more important than resolving issues. If you experience issues my advice is chose option one as you will manage to speak to someone. Now promised that the issue will be escalated to the highest level….. and the wait continues! I am surprised to receive a response from house of bruar asking me to contact customer service by email. I made several requests for a complaints process, or who to escalate my issue to, to be told there wasn’t a process or someone to escalate to….. yet here we are, there is an email address to contact.
