A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

This was the first time I have used…

This was the first time I have used House Fox Estate Agents. Neil had great knowledge in the selling process and very quickly had my house online. It sold very quickly and throughout the process Neil kept me informed on what was happening. There was a hiccup due to the type of mortgage I had and Neil has gone above and beyond to make sure the sale has gone through and both sides kept informed. I would not hesitate to use him in the future. Thanks for all your help.

Our first house and experience with House fox but not our last!

This was my first experience with house fox estate agents and we were both impressed with how easy the process was. We saw both Tim and Neil who showed us round the property and both had great knowledge of the place. It’s taken around 4 months from start to finish to get into the house we wanted. We shall definitely use them again when we come to sell in the future.

Excellent

I dealt with Neil. He was very good and communication was brilliant. It made the whole process much easier and would chase solicitors and the other party involved. Very good company. Do not hesitate to use. Neil also helped us with an issue with the house which he didn’t need to. He went the extra mile and really got us out of a jam with our boiler. Excellent service.
