A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

It was suggested by House Fox

It was suggested by House Fox, that they would be able to sell my property quickly, i was dubious as had 2 agents previously who had marketed my property for about 7 months, with very little response. House Fox got me a firm offer within 7 weeks. I was more than happy. The communication i have recieved through the whole process has been great. Wonderful, professional team lead by Neil Urch.

Neil was fantastic!

Neil was fantastic! Very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding. Gave us lots of opportunity to view the property without ever feeling in the way. We didn't purchase a property with House Fox (as we found something else), but the experience we had was a great one.

Totally Professional.

From start to finish, Neil and his teams professionalism in dealing with the sale of our home was second to none. Other estate agents don’t even come close to the service Housefox offers. Used House Fox to sell my home and the whole experience has been great from start to finish. All viewings booked around you and your schedule, I was kept up to date with everything and they are all really friendly too. Great service for a great fixed price. Would recommend anyone to use House Fox.

Neil and the team was all helpful

Neil and the team was all helpful. I had issues with old owner leaving rubbish at the property. They wasn’t too busy to help rectify the situation even though the sale has gone through. This went a long way in my book!
