A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

Truly Professional and Personable

We contacted Neil to arrange a viewing for a property. We are relocating from some distance and Neil was extremely understanding regarding the flexibility of timing for the appointment. Unfortunately the house went under offer before we arrived and Neil was helpful and professional when advising us of this. He has continued to offer us huge support and advice, being in touch to enquire if he may be of assistance from time to time but not at all in a pushy way. In fact sometimes it almost feels like we re having a catch up with an old friend! Now having identified a suitable area in which we would like to live he is leaving no stone unturned to enable us to achieve our dream home; as part of the service he offers he has referred us to a mortgage adviser as we are now needing a larger budget due to our choices! Again this adviser has given us very thorough and knowledge advice - a pleasure to talk to. House buying, as everyone knows, is stressful but we feel Neil is reducing the stress for us as much as possible. Many thanks Neil!!! We thoroughly recommend him.
