A Brilliant 5* Experience Again

We have been fortunate enough to sell and purchase various properties through House Fox over the years and once again we received a great 5* service from the start to completion. Neil and his team were on the case from the beginning. Sensible and valued advice and always kept us updated. Towards the end nearing exchange / completion we had an major issue with the start of the chain but Neil jumped on this problem and rectified the situation within a few days which all meant we could complete at the end of March. Do not go anywhere else, these are the guys you want to sell your house through. Massive Thanks to Neil and his professional team for fantastic service. Cannot recommend House Fox enough. Thank you.

House Fox Sell House Quickly

Very approachable and knowledgable of their local market. Sensible advice and once chosen the property was listed on the Internet within 48hours. Plenty of well composed images generated immediate viewings. From listing to completion just 8 weeks. Thank you. These are the guys to sell with.

From the very first contact will Neil…

From the very first contact will Neil and the team nothing was to much trouble ,from marketing the house to completion ,they were always on the end of a phone call,Niki kept us constantly updated and helped with chasing up solicitors ,I can see why they win so many awards ,I would highly recommend House Fox 100%.

Looking for a real home

Searching for a property - a real home - is incredibly stressful. House Fox was the only 'proper' estate agent I met in Weston Super Mare - a delight! Neil Urch was professional, efficient and straightforward. He knew the information on the properties he was showing me; he answered my questions quickly & gave me (as a buyer) sound guidance. More than that, he has extensive local knowledge and is happy to share it. No reservations: he would be my first call whether buying or selling a property.

Sale of Royal Sands Property We would highly recommend House Fox Estate Agents for their all round service when we sold our house in Weston. From initial contact they valued the property, put it on the internet, produced a brochure, local advertising, handled viewing and negotiated the sale to a very satisfactory conclusion. Their professional and friendly service throughout and their fixed price at £1,390 (inclusive of VAT) saved us thousands in agent's fees.

Wow where do I start..... Fantastic service at unbeatable price

Wow where do I start... Above & beyond is not justice enough to describe the incredible service I received. I can't steep enough praise on Neil & his team at House Fox. They got my flat listed immediately & booked a number of viewings within days which resulted in an offer that I accepted within 10 days of going on the market. Although the conveyancing process was long & drawn out (nothing to do with House Fox)... But it when we hit a major legal snag in the closing stages it was Neil himself who's local knowledge of solicitors involved & tenacity of not taking no for an answer finally saved me a huge legal expense & got the deal over the line & delighted to say I completed today. .... Don't waste your time with the others out there, House Fox are very much the real deal & cheaper too, what more could you want?
