Home Gallery Stores Reviews

We appreciated the selection available and the knowledge of Michael when showing us the various recliners available. We appreciated Michael’s willingness to work with us on price and terms. We also really appreciated the quick delivery to our house by the two polite, efficient workers who delivered our new chair and who took the old one away for us!

Home Gallery has wonderful furnishings. The website showed accurate picture of the sofa I purchased.

On time, worked quickly and professionally, cleaned up, furniture looks great

Good selection from the website. Very fast delivery and very well packed for shipment. Very happy with my purchase

I received damaged furniture and Neil from customer service was very response and helpful in having the furniture returned and replaced. Very polite and informative.

I LOVED the fact that the price of the couch we wanted was $700(?!) cheaper than buying it locally.

The chairs that we bought were of very good quality, very sturdy and and came within a timely manner.

Easy to order via website. Bar stools arrived as described. FYI, stools come unassembled. Not difficult to put together, but takes some time.

Modest price, comfort, stylish furniture piece, free delivery and assembly, as well as warranty.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Ordered a reclining couch. It was missing an adapter. Only one side worked. Because we didn't realize for two days it they won't come back and fix it or take it back. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. We just want someone to come fix it and they won't send anyone. Will just send the piece and instructions. The couch is heavy. They don't care. We even bought a $250 warranty and they said it doesn't help.

I'm always skeptical the first time i order something online especially an expensive item but everything went perfectly. I received the chair quickly and in perfect shape with no issues.

From order, to shipping updates, to delivery - all went great. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I also feel like the price point was good as well.

Prompt shipping, Good quality.

We shopped around for recliners and landed on Home Gallery Stores site. It was easy to navigate, had a great selection, and we found the chairs we wanted, at a price we were happy with. Delivery was efficient and easy. Customer service was A+

Mae T. a terrific phone rep, she saved the order after website disaster! Couldn’t order because website wouldn’t accept. Mae did all the hard work pleasantly and I was able to order my display case. Thank you Mae!!!!! 😀

Good communication at every stage of the ordering process!

I ordered a coffee table that arrived much sooner that expected. Everything arrived as advertised and was great to get it so soon.
