The phone itself is great except the crap camera quality and most importantly almost ever app I downloaded from the app store doesn't work on these phones such a let down I honestly cannot recommend this product to anyone, such a let down and a waste of money I feel ripped off

Abysmal, am trying to return a feature phone well within the grace period to be told its being passed to the "concern" team. Since been completely ignored and have to chase yet again. The phone has the Nokia name but that's it it's rubbish the simcard holder fell of could not make a call untill I found it then the back cover won't clip on rubbish really cheap funny thing it's dearer than most others now got ttphone half price ten times better shame on hmd being able to use the Nokia name to kid people noticed reviews says it's good noticed they all used it for a few days not forever so do not take any notice of them

They sell their products in my country (Canada) but if it requires service after warranty (which isn't very good) there is no way of getting it repaired. Their 'support' gets you no where. They don't stand behind their products. Eventually they just ignore you.

Unbelievably AWFUL - simply DREADFUL It beggars belief how a company can be this bad. EVASIVE, UNHELPFUL, TOTAL LACK OF INTEREST, AI GENERATED CORPORATE 'BS' RESPONSE, FAILURE TO ANSWER DIRECT QUESTIONS the list goes on and on and on! About 6 weeks to collect, supposedly repair and then loose the phone. Sending it by air to Romania is hardly environmentally friendly! Only sorted it out when I started Court proceedings.

Ich versuche jetzt schon seit zwei Wochen einen Reparaturauftrag im Gewährleistungszeitraum zu vereinbaren. Es geht einfach nicht. Die sind nicht mal in der Lage die bisherige Korrespondenz als Basis zu verwenden. Anhand der Mailadresse sollte doch ein Kommunikationsprotokoll vorhanden sein.

SUPPORT IS VERY FRUSTRATING..THEY GIVE VAGUE ANSWERS AND RANDOM LINKS INSTEAD OF STRAIGHT ANSWERS...NOWHERE ON THEIR WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THEY DO NOT SHIP TO N.IRELAND ...ASKED THEM 3 TIMES TO CONFIRM WHY MY POSTCODE NOT RECOGNISED AT CHECKOUT AND TO CONFIRM IF THEY SHIP TO N.IRELAND..THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW THEMSELVES..JOKE OF A COMPANY.GAVE ME WRONG INFORMATION ON THE PHONE TOO.

Please read reviews before considering any purchase from this company, it is not UK based and next day shipping is a joke, trying to get a refund for a phone that was never shipped, I only wish that I had checked Trustpilot before I ordered. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Do not buy anything at HMD, the worst customer service. My phone got destroyed during transport, I have contacted them at least 5 times and everyone just keeps on lying to me that they will contact me. I still have not heard anything from anyone at HMD.

Verkaufen gern, Service ist ein Fremdwort. 6 Wochen vor Ablauf der Garantie war mein Nokia x30 5G defekt. Ein Schelm wer arges denkt dabei( hat es nicht ganz mit der Obsoleszenz geklappt?). Also Handy eingeschickt. Nach Aussage von HMD GLOBAL sollte es nach max 10 Tagen wieder zurück sein. Nach 14 Tagen habe ich dann eine Statusanfrage gestellt, mit Angabe aller Daten und mich gefreut das schon am nächsten Tag eine Antwort zurückkam, leider nur die Aufforderung meine Daten noch einmal zu senden. Eine Stunde nach Erhalt erledigt. HMD hatte 4 Tage später immer noch nicht reagiert. ich bin gespannt wie oder ob sie auf die erneute Aufforderung reagieren

ARNAQUE ! SAV INTERMINABLE Renvoyé le 25 juillet 2024 mon Nokia XR21 sous garantie chez eux, je me bats tous les jours, avec leur hotline, pour avoir des nouvelles de retour de mon smartphone. Ils sont incapables de m'indiquer quoi que ce soit ! Toujours les mêmes phrases types. Des ROBOTS INCOMPETENTS. C'est vraiement le pot de terre contre le pot de fer !!! Plus jamais NOKIA. Petit conseil : le prochaine achat se fera dans un magasin proche de chez moi ( si toutefois ça tourne mal, je saurai sur qui frapper)

Un énormage fouttage de g***** du support de cette grande entreprise chinoise qui a pris le contrôle de la fabrication des smartphone Nokia. Depuis 25 ans détenteur de phones quasi exclusivement de la marque finoise... J'ai eu dernièrement un problème de "fade" d'écran (syndrôme typique de l'usure d'un écran, il garde en "watermark" trace des écrans précédent sur le current screen...). J'ai donc expliqué le problème à HMD et ai procédé à un premier renvoi du smartphone à l'atelier de réparation de HMD Europe en Roumanie... Le tél m'a été renvoyé étrangement très rapidement après réception : je demande un retour d'intervention car aucune trace de ce qui a été fait ou plus exactement pas fait. On me dit que le problème n'était pas reproductible... Peu de temps après ré-utilisation du téléphone (à chaque fois, obligé de reconfigurer complètement mon tél, procéder à la réinjection des données etc soit des heures de perdues)... le syndrôme réapparait. Je le capture donc en photo pour rouvrir un ticket HMD, je renvoie le télo et idem rien de fait retour à la case départ. S'en suit un échange assez musclé avec le support qui me dit de renvoyer une troisième fois le téléphone et qu'à la troisième intervention un changement de l'écran sera opéré. Je n'y croyais pas, j'ai demandé des garanties à ce que ça soit fait... Et bien une nouvelle fois rien n'a été fait, mon tél a été réceptionné puis renvoyé sans aucune action à part me réinitialiser mon phone et me retirer le verre trempé... Bref un énorme FDG pour les clients. Je ne rachèterai plus de téléphone Nokia tant qu'ils seront faits par HMD : une société qui manifestement se contrefout du service client/après vente. C'est bien joli de nous faire investir dans des téléphones à plusieurs centaines d'euros soit disant robustes et garantis. J'ai un tél de deux ans d'usage qui est déjà sur la fin, dans le cadre de la garantie, et "il n'est pas économiquement viable de le réparer"... Je n'ai pas de mots.

How did a brand like Nokia team up with such a bad reseller?? It's a disaster, impossible to get someone online, order placed AND collected on August 20, today is September 6, still no delivery, on the DHL website, tracking stops on August 22. What a shame for Nokia. Honestly, don't waste your time with such a bad seller!
