My watch is just amazing. The colour is so beautiful it changes when you move your wrist. The quality is just perfect and for the price I can’t believe how affordable it is for all the details and work they put in there I will definitely browse through their website and see if I can get a different watch for switching them now and then I truly love my watch and I’m going to buy from Henrys watches more and give them out to my loved ones for presents

They sell $1 AliExpress watches. Total scam. *Reply to the response from 'Henry' - The $1 AliExpress watch is identical in every way to the $40 watch you sell. I bought both to compare externally and internally, they are both total chinese crap.

I ordered a watch from this on-line company BEFORE I read any reviews, which was a big mistake. What I received is utterly non-functional. The second hand does not move, the watch stem is in a locked position that can only make the minute and hour hands rotate around the dial (no second or third pull-out gear positions), the lower timer dial only works if the timer button is continually depressed, and the upper timer dial is non-responsive. The company sent me a small manual via email, but it contains no information on how to initiate watch operation. Now the company suggests I get the battery changed and has asked me to send a video to illustrate my problems. I cannot send a video, so I sent pictures. I requested a replacement that works because that is what I paid for. I do not understand how they could send a non-functional product without a quality assurance check before shipping. The company's on-line presence appears very professional, and their communications are very polite, but they have made no movement to send me a new watch or refund my money. This is an elegant scam and I have been robbed. Other negative reviews say this better than I can. Since then I have learned of other similar scams purporting to be stores closing out with amazing closeout deals. Do not do business with Henry's Watches, a highly polished scheme to take your money and then politely stonewall you against any meaningful resolution.

I bought this watch from Henry,s they are registered in Netherlands but most watches are despatched from china and it takes about 2 weeks to receive your timepiece you have ordered,to be honest the quality of these watches is great for the price they look even better on your wrist when wearing it. I'm going to buy few more watches I like soon from Henry,s. I had to replace the battery of my timepiece because it was going a little bit behind now it's perfect with keeping exact time. I'll share a picture of my timepiece it's really nice and elegant look. There customer service is very good with quick response and they'll help you with any inquiries or issues after sale. Very good people 😊 I highly recommend Henry,s Watches to anyone who is looking for quality style and elegance. I am not Jane Mathews, she is my life Partner and had nothing whatsoever to do with this order. The watch itself is great, exactly like my long dead fathers military watch, it's origin in the USA when he swapped with a GI in Burma 1945. The strap however is too short by a mile as I can't even get the buckle to the first hole, which means that I haven't been able to wear it anywhere yet...... I have since received a mail from Henry's to tell me a longer strap can be found for my new watch, so am of course delighted. Stewart Thompson.
