My watch is just amazing. The colour is so beautiful it changes when you move your wrist. The quality is just perfect and for the price I can’t believe how affordable it is for all the details and work they put in there I will definitely browse through their website and see if I can get a different watch for switching them now and then I truly love my watch and I’m going to buy from Henrys watches more and give them out to my loved ones for presents

On a whim, I decided to buy 3 watches from Henry's. I would say all were exceptional in their own way. The packaging was well done. And the pieces are solid. I will admit it was a bit of a surprise to find out they ship from China. So expect a little extra time for delivery (18 days ). But everything went well overall.

Total scam these watches are not handcrafted they are from china for 1 dollar I bought one for myself and it was horrible I couldn’t return it only 10% back plus the person behind this is ai the grandpa is different in every videos and the video reviews are paid actors

This watch is fabulous right out of the box I've worn it ever since it came its super comfortable and easy to read I'm very pleased with the watch well worth the wait for it to arrive and its looks don't disappoint either

Scam, dont be fooled. Henry does not hand craft these watches in London, they are made in China and you can get them for less than £30 on other sites. If you want a refund they will ask you to send it back to China.

Watch was damaged, back plate was scratched and dented. There ads brags about quality. Asked for return address and was only offered a10% return and keep the watch, I offered for them to send me a a replacement part and use there 10% to send it. So they ignored me and just gave me the 10%. Watch is in the trash. Extremely poor communication skills, don’t do business with these folks from China.

If I could give this company 0 stars I 100% would. I placed an order which due to personal circumstances I had to cancel. Their website states orders can be cancelled within 1 hour, which I did. They have claimed they didn't receive it til after the hour and when I provided a screenshot clearly showing the email was sent within the hour, was fobbed off with excuses. I have been in contact with them but every email is responded to by a different individual who doesn't know the background of the issue and is again fobbing me off. I have had to pay return delivery fees leaving me out of pocket when they could have just cancelled the order as per THEIR policy on THEIR website. Had I been outside of the 1 hour I would hold my hands up and take the loss but I followed their policy and now having to suffer consequences. On top of that the product is NOT of the quality advertised on the website and definitely NOT worth the price they are charging. The website states they are a US based company but they provided me with a China address to return the package and when I complained they sent me a Netherlands address to make it "cheaper". This is supposed to be one man who takes pride in every watch he produces. How can he be in China, USA and The Netherlands? Something not quite right going on here. Definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I have recommended to all that they stay clear! EDIT: Henry's Watches responded to this review to get in touch and yet a week later we are still going round in circles. I am still being offered a "partial refund" if I keep the item, despite telling them several times I have already returned it. It is very clearly evident that no-one is even bothering to read and understand my issue and they are just trying to fob me off to make me go away!!
