If I could give this company 0 stars I 100% would. I placed an order which due to personal circumstances I had to cancel. Their website states orders can be cancelled within 1 hour, which I did. They have claimed they didn't receive it til after the hour and when I provided a screenshot clearly showing the email was sent within the hour, was fobbed off with excuses. I have been in contact with them but every email is responded to by a different individual who doesn't know the background of the issue and is again fobbing me off. I have had to pay return delivery fees leaving me out of pocket when they could have just cancelled the order as per THEIR policy on THEIR website. Had I been outside of the 1 hour I would hold my hands up and take the loss but I followed their policy and now having to suffer consequences. On top of that the product is NOT of the quality advertised on the website and definitely NOT worth the price they are charging. The website states they are a US based company but they provided me with a China address to return the package and when I complained they sent me a Netherlands address to make it "cheaper". This is supposed to be one man who takes pride in every watch he produces. How can he be in China, USA and The Netherlands? Something not quite right going on here. Definitely would NOT recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I have recommended to all that they stay clear! EDIT: Henry's Watches responded to this review to get in touch and yet a week later we are still going round in circles. I am still being offered a "partial refund" if I keep the item, despite telling them several times I have already returned it. It is very clearly evident that no-one is even bothering to read and understand my issue and they are just trying to fob me off to make me go away!!
