Original bad review was for the wrong estate agents. Although I have not dealt with this agency for house sale purposes, they have been responsive with wit and friendliness.

I worked with this company and sold my house today. They got the job, found the buyer and managed the process well despite the buyer side solicitor challenges. They are also more affordable than any big name agencies. I recommend them to anyone based on my personal experience

I had a very positive experience when I visited Henleys Estate office to find a 3 bed house to rent. I was greeted by a warm welcome. It was very cold outside but the office was warm and comfortable. The receptionist assured me I was going to be seen by the lettings officer within a short time - which is what happened. The lettings officer went through all my needs in an effort to match me with the right place. I felt I was given all the attention. I was informed of my choices and it made it easy for me to make a decision. The service was very professional!!
